Mass Lawsuit - Cartrack 👇

I want to complain about @TelkomZA 's charges on debit order rejection fees. These people charge R221 for a rejected debit order. My concern with this is that as someone paying R300 for my monthly internet, how is this fair? Thats close to 75% of my contract amount.

I purchased a contract with them it was the biggest mistake I ever made , shocking shocking shocking it was a nightmare plus g damaging a 500k motor cycle when installing the device . Still pisses me off .

@Katlego0512 I also want to write to a national consumer commission. I took a R230,000 loan with @FNBSA some years back. I pay R85,000 per year in total repayment. Their contract says I must pay R85,000 for six to settle the loan. It’s robbery.

They kept claiming I ddnt cancel my contract n that I owed them fr the debit orders I reversed after cancellation - now it makes sense that this is part of their business model

Despite the lawsuit they carry on operating illegally. Pointless complaining they just ignore you! They can't even send me a copy of a signed contract, signed T&C's I never signed & they are using someone else's bank account details that they liked to my account!

This guy must be cancelled …
