Mass shooting at Chicago and Franklin.

How do you tell the difference between a mass shooting in Chicago, & any other day of the week?

At some point, you have to stop caring about places like Chicago and NYC and LA. The residents of these cities elect their leaders, it's their choice, and they always choose the same.

I'm not surprised. It still sucks and it's sad, but I'm not shocked.
