🚨WHAT THE HELL?!!!!! A group of six "teens" SHOT FIREWORKS INTO A CROWD OF FAMILIES outside of DC at a "family friendly" movie night. They aimed the fireworks directly at CHILDREN!!!! BLANKETS WERE CAIGHT ON FIRE and the crowd, including small children began RUNNING FOR THEIR LIVES!!! One brave man stepped in, grabbed a firework before it exploded, and HURLED it away from children. Not a SINGLE ARREST has been made and police have not released any descriptions of the "teens" who did this... WE DO NOT HAVE TO KEEP LIVING THIS WAY!!!!!!

Look at photos of 60 year olds from 1985. Then look at 60 year olds today. It's not even close. Something fundamentally shifted -- and it's not just skincare or fashion. We know more about sleep, metabolic health, strength training, and inflammation than any generation before us. And it's showing- the longevity revolution is happening. So here's my question: Do you feel younger or older than your parents did at the same age? And what do you think made the difference? Tell me in the comments.

Their goal: to be more like you with each passing day. What you do, they will do. What you say, they will say - both outwardly and to/about themselves. Today, I travelled for over 3 hours to Agona Odoben in the Central Region to meet 5-year-old twins, Robert and Roberta. They have been abandoned by both parents and live with their grandmother, who is doing her best but simply does not have the means. They are currently not in school because of this, and even basic things like food and clothing are a struggle. I got to know about them through my friend Kelvin, and I just knew I had to show up for them. So today, we went to see them and began the process of enrolling them in school. We have made arrangements for their uniforms and learning materials to enable them to start school this month. It really does take one moment, and people choosing to care, to change the entire course of a child’s life for good. Robert and Roberta deserve a chance at a better future, and we are going to do everything we can to make sure they get it. ❤️

And two parents choosing, at least for now, more time at home. Whatever you think of the politics, the photo itself is lovely. A young mother, her husband, a little boy in a button-down, a baby in her arms. Not staged for a Christmas card so much as a last look at a chapter ending. Beautiful family. Hard job. Soft landing. Makes me so proud of her!
