DeSantis said, “You know, that (Mexico paying for the wall) was promised years ago… [Trump] said that very clearly… Now, he says there was no legal mechanism [he] could have used to make Mexico pay for the wall. Wait a minute. That’s not what [he] said then.” Does DeSantis have a point?
