TGA: For adverse events following immunisation we do not routinely contact reporters or health professionals on adverse event outcomes. Senator: Why wouldn’t you follow up on reports of injury if you wanted to conduct surveillance of the safety of the vaccine? There are multiple reports of journalists injured along the Israeli / Lebanon border. After reportedly being attacked, Israel fired back and hit a group of journalists. Initial reports are that journalists from Al Jazeera and Reuters were involved. According to reports out of Lebanon, one journalist has passed away and three others are injured. The female journalist in this video remains alive, but appears to be in pain, after this shelling took place in Alma el-Chaab, Lebanon. There is no confirmation from the IDF as of yet.
