I'm just thinking aloud here, so may be wrong, but is she using stats regarding allegations proved as false in court and ignoring the significant number of allegations that never get to court because they are shown to be false?

The false allegations are the ones the women actually admit to after trial -not the countless ones men hear women use.

Said this many MANY times. I worked in a Surveillance room at Caesar's entertainment for 13+ years and I saw hundreds of these false allegations wreck dudes. Several were women straight up assaulting men, grabbing their junk and then screaming they were accosted. Every single time the Cops came in like heroes assuming the man was guilty. And no exaggeration, 1 in 50 was legit. If you are a man, you absolutely must make smart choices about the chicks you go out with, and even just spend time around. AND for fux sake gents, ALWAYS wear condoms.

For this particular trick they compare "false allegations" with "rapes", while the two things are measured as vastly different level of filtering. "Rapes" are vastly exaggerated by various ways of cheating, like simply assuming 90% are never reported and then just multiplying the numbers that are reported by 10. And the "false allegations", conversely, a underestimated by actually counting only those cases that are actually "overturned proven false convictions of rape", which legit are an exceedingly rare thing, it's just not in any shape or form the right thing to compare the 10 times inflated hypothetical number to - that would be more like counting every dude in these comments who say they know women who make false allegations as "false allegations".. We have to find a way to get these lunatics out of position to influence our civilisation, the future depends on it, they are simply too evil..

The reason the vast majority of rape cases are thrown out is because their is no evidence of rape. In most of those cases the police and courts can clearly see that the women had an agenda. And those cases are rarely if ever sited in the BS numbers this asshole is putting out

I still remember seeing a video of a woman saying that rape is when a man forces himself upon a woman and therefore if a man interrupts a woman he is forcing himself onto her and thereby raping her. And people wonder why anonymous self reported stats are untrustworthy…

If statistics say that false allegations are rare, it is because women who recant their false allegations is a rarity.
