The Russian attack killed 4 people and injured more than 40. ▪️ In Kyiv, 4 people were killed and 23 injured. Residential buildings, subway tracks, cars, and civilian infrastructure were damaged. Russia continues to terrorize Ukrainians by striking our critical infrastructure and residential buildings. The aftermath of the most recent Russian attacks: ▪️ Kharkiv region: Russians struck the city with six guided bombs (KABs), injuring 11 people. In the Industrial District of Kharkiv, a strike hit a residential area, damaging 15 private houses and outbuildings. Another strike targeted the territory of a civilian enterprise. ▪️ Chernihiv region: over the past day, Russian forces attacked the region with 51 aerial targets, including two ballistic missiles. A heating facility and an energy infrastructure site were damaged in two communities of the Chernihiv district. As a result, emergency power outages were introduced in Chernihiv and northern communities of the region. Critical infrastructure has been switched to generators. ▪️ Dnipropetrovsk region: in the Synelnykove district, Russian drones attacked outbuildings, damaging four private houses, a car, and a gas pipeline. In the Pavlohrad district, an outbuilding caught fire; another building and a private house were partially destroyed, and vehicles were damaged. Russian forces also continue to terrorize the Nikopol area with FPV drones. The Pokrovske and Myrove communities were attacked, where a garage caught fire and a private house and car were damaged. ▪️ Kherson region. Russian Shahed drones attacked the Korabelny district of Kherson, damaging residential buildings, an educational institution, and outbuildings. A terrible night for Kyiv and other Ukrainian cities. Russia launched 70 missiles and 611 drones at Ukraine tonight. Kyiv was the main target. Five people were killed and 35 more were injured, including a pregnant woman and two kids. ▪️ Kyiv: Destruction was recorded in all 10 districts of Kyiv - at least 26 residential buildings were damaged. Russians also targeted their drones and missiles against history, religion, art, and education. The Dormition Cathedral of the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra and academy were damaged, and one of the production workshops at the Oleksandr Dovzhenko National Film Studio was destroyed. While rescuers were working to extinguish the flames at the main cathedral of the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra, Russians launched a follow-up strike nearby, hitting the Mystetskyi Arsenal National Culture, Arts and Museum Complex. A kindergarten, a business center, administrative buildings, private houses, a market, cars, and unfinished high-rise buildings were also damaged. An innovative postal terminal was destroyed. ▪️ Kharkiv region: Five people were killed. 24 people were injured, including two children. In Kharkiv, 4 rescuers and 1 civil protection specialist from the Kharkiv regional military administration were killed. They were working at the site of a Russian strike when Russians carried out a deliberate follow-up strike targeting them. ▪️ Dnipropetrovsk region: Two people were injured. The Russian attack damaged the House of Organ and Chamber Music in Dnipro. A college building was also destroyed, and the blast wave blew out windows in a school. ▪️ Sumy: One of the Russian drones hit a residential building. Three people were injured, including a child. Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Mykolaiv regions were also under Russian strikes.
