Massive reticulated python smashes through glass enclosure and escapes while handler is mid-explanation. The keeper was crouched nearby, calmly talking about just how strong male retics can be, when the snake drove its body hard into the panel. Reticulated pythons are among the longest and most powerful snakes on Earth.

That enclosure looks too small for a snake that big, in my opinion. Then again, I’d give it a private island biodome on a small moon personally. XD

His enclosures are wrong for that species and not everyone should be able to own one. I had a 10ft long Burmese python and he was super sweet but i still kept in in thick acrylic with multiple strong locks just in case. Retics are the same issue as pitbulls. It takes a high degree of dedication for it to go right but they can be great pets.

😱Should be using acrylic for the enclosures, not glass, is my guess. 🐍

Should you actually be scared of snakes?? I had Amazon Explorer Paul Rosolie on the show and he revealed something most people misunderstand about pythons. At one point he even put the python around my neck to show how they move and tighten. Burmese pythons can grow to around 18 feet, and the real danger with constrictors isn’t venom... Watch what happens when he puts the python around my neck

A hunter and his dogs recently came face to face with a massive python deep in the bush What started as a normal hunting trip quickly turned into a tense encounter as the dogs surrounded the giant snake, barking relentlessly while the hunter kept a safe distance. Pythons are among the largest snakes on Earth. Some species can grow over 6 meters (20 feet) long and weigh more than 90 kilograms. Despite their size, they are not venomous. Instead, they use powerful muscles to constrict and overpower their prey. Seeing a snake this size in the wild is a reminder that nature still holds surprises far bigger and stronger than most people imagine. Have you ever seen a python in the wild before, and if you did, would you run away or stand your ground?

Pythons are the largest snakes found in Africa. The ones found here in Zimbabwe are the Southern African Rock pythons. They are large snakes with the potential to reach 5.5 meters in length. They are the only species of snake protected by law in Zimbabwe. KiIIing one can result in a jail sentence and a fine. When you encounter a python, treat it with respect because, aside from the legal consequences, a large python can inflict serious injuri€s that may require hospital treatment. They bite only in self-defense and have multiple rows of super-sharp, curved teeth that can cut the skin like a knif€ and cause serious bIeeding. They are capable of cutting arteries and nerves. Pythons just want to be left alone. There are no documented cases of pythons kiIIing and eating people in Zimbabwe, but there are documented cases of people receiving serious injuries from python bites. The reason is simple: they just didn’t know this information and got too close to the snake. Source: Chawa's Wild Adventures, Facebook

🐍🐕 A Terrifying Encounter Between a Snake and a Dog 😱🌿 A peaceful moment suddenly turned into a terrifying struggle when a large constrictor snake was seen wrapped around a dog. The powerful snake had the advantage of its muscular body, while the frightened dog struggled to escape the tight coils. Constrictor snakes rely on their incredible strength and body control to overpower prey, making encounters like this extremely dangerous. The exact species of snake and the circumstances of the encounter cannot be confirmed from the footage alone, but the scene is a powerful reminder of how unpredictable nature can be. In the wild, a few seconds can completely change the outcome of an encounter. One predator. One desperate struggle. And a fight for survival that no one expected. 🐍🌿 #Wildlife #Snake #Python #Dog #Nature #WildlifeEncounter #AnimalBehavior #NatureDocumentary #PredatorVsPrey #WildAnimals

The impala is caught inside the coils of a massive rock python. 🪨 African Rock Python: One of Africa's largest snakes, capable of taking surprisingly large prey. 🦌 Powerful Prey: An adult impala is fast, muscular, and capable of delivering dangerous kicks when threatened. ⚡ Ambush Advantage: Pythons rely heavily on surprise, grabbing prey before it can use its speed to escape. -A predator without claws or limbs can still overpower a much larger animal through specialized anatomy and technique. 😲

Only reticulated pythons have been filmed and documented to swallow adult (short) humans. All the ones I know about happened in Indonesia. And you know one thing about Indonesians? They're relatively shorter people compared with us Africans. PS: We don't have reticulated pythons in Africa. Also, don't click this video I you don't want to see an adult human being brought out from a snake's belly.
