Andrew Wilkinson (Andrew Wilkinson) has been waking up at 4 a.m. because he can’t stop building with Anthropic’s Opus 4.5. He started vibe coding a couple of years ago, but it felt like the Palm Treo era of the smartphone—exciting, but not quite there. You could generate an app, but it would get stuck in bug loops or break the moment you pushed it further. Then he tried Opus 4.5 in Claude Code. It felt, he says, like having a “$100,000-a-month payroll of engineers” working for him 24/7. He’s built practical AI automations into every corner of his work and life, including: - A relationship counselor app called Deep Personality that consolidates 20 clinically validated personality tests into a 40-minute assessment, then generates a 45-page analysis. When both partners complete it, it maps compatibility and predicts conflicts—Wilkinson says it laid out every fight he and his girlfriend have. - A custom email client he built by handing Claude Code his Gmail credentials and describing his ideal workflow. It triages emails by priority and sender, handles quick replies via multiple choice, and walks him through complex emails question by question before drafting. - A personal stylist that texts him four outfit recommendations every morning. It checks the weather, pulls from a spreadsheet of his entire wardrobe (photos converted to CSV by Claude), generates four outfit options rendered as images with Nano Banana 2, and texts him what to wear down to the watch. - A Lindy agent that acts as an AI referee of sorts—it records his meetings and texts him if it detects psychological red flags like manipulation or gaslighting. The bar is high—he only gets a notification every few months—but when he does, it usually confirms a gut feeling he already had. Andrew is the cofounder of Tiny, the holding company that owns businesses like AeroPress and Dribbble. Earlier in his career, Andrew was a web designer, and he fits one of my predictions for 2026: Designers, who know how to create great experiences for users, are the unsung group most empowered by this AI moment. I had him on Every 📧's AI & I to talk about Opus 4.5, what he’s building with it, and how it’s changing the way he thinks about acquiring software businesses at Tiny. This is a must-watch for anyone who wants to put AI to work in their day-to-day life. Watch below! This Chinese developer linked two $2,999 NVIDIA DGX Sparks into one box and runs the full Qwen3-235B at home, after dropping his $1,999-a-month cloud bill to zero. He wired 2 small boxes into a single computer, split a giant 235-billion-parameter model in half between them, and serves it across his own network at about 10 tokens a second, with no internet, no cloud, right there on the desk. No data center, no thousand-dollar graphics cards, no monthly cloud bill. Just him, 2 gold boxes the size of a sandwich, one cable between them, and 1 power strip. And here is the whole payoff. He used to pay the cloud $1,999 a month for the same model, and the meter ticked on every request. Now he paid $5,998 once for 2 boxes, they covered their cost in 3 months, and after that he sends as many requests as he wants for free, only electricity. The two Sparks talk over one fast cable, each holds 128GB of memory, and together they carry the whole model, about 73GB loaded per box, with the chip inside pinned near the limit at 96%. Both boxes work as one and keep trading data over the cable, with no cloud in the loop and no single word leaking out. The ready model sits on one local address, and any app on his network calls it as easily as ChatGPT. And here is how he described, in plain words, what this pair of boxes does: "this is a pair of boxes that holds the huge Qwen3-235B model and serves it to one network. the model is split in half, and each box owns its half. parts: // Box 1 (holds the first half of the model and starts the answer fast, the first word appears in under a second) // Box 2 (holds the second half and writes out the rest, about 10 tokens a second) // Cable (connects the 2 boxes and moves data between them on every step, with no lag) // Address (one local address where any app sends its request, like to a cloud model) // Test (a script that runs big prompts through and measures speed and delays) // Monitor (checks temperature, power draw, and load on both boxes every 2 seconds). the model never goes to the cloud. he only steps in when a box runs hotter than 80 degrees or the cable between them starts dropping data." So the system knows exactly what it is, what it is for, and where its limits are. It knows it has to hold the whole huge model across 2 boxes on its own. It knows it has to answer every request locally, with no meter, no limits, and no internet. It knows the human is only needed when a box overheats or the link between them stalls. → The setup runs around the clock on 2 boxes, each pulling under 60 watts → However many requests he sends, the monthly bill is $0, only electricity → The first box starts the answer in under a second → The second writes text at about 10 tokens a second → One request at a time: 838 tokens in 85 seconds, first word in 0.8s → Two requests at once: 697 tokens in 108 seconds, first word in 0.7s → Both boxes sit at 96% load and warm up to 76-78 degrees And only when a chip in a box runs hotter than 80 degrees or the cable between the 2 Sparks drops data does the system call the owner. And when he himself is out on a run or in a coffee shop, he still reaches his own model at home from his phone: sends a big prompt to the local Qwen3-235B, gets the full answer back in under a minute and a half, with no token meter ticking and no limit to hit. Here is what the test shows on his screen during one of the night runs: "one request at a time: 838 tokens in 84.9 seconds, first word in 0.8s, then 0.1s per token." "two requests at once: 697 tokens in 107.6 seconds, first word in 0.7s, then 0.15s per token." "Box 1: chip at 96% load, 76 degrees, 56 watts, 73GB used in memory." "Box 2: chip at 96% load, 78 degrees, 56 watts, the Qwen3-235B model fully loaded." And while everyone around is paying for AI by the month and bumping into limits, his top-tier model just sits on the desk and works as much as he wants: his own little power plant instead of a forever meter. He has no server rack of his own and no cloud account behind it. Just 2 DGX Spark boxes on a desk, one model split in half between them, one local address, and a folder of prompts next to it. Out of everything I have seen this year, this is the cleanest way to stop paying for AI: $5,998 of hardware on the desk once, $0 a month to the cloud, unlimited forever, and between them 2 gold boxes, 1 cable, and the full Qwen3-235B answering at home with no internet.

Sam Altman just found a legal way to bribe the entire US government into never regulating OpenAI again. The bribe is $42.6 billion of OpenAI stock. So Trump will now LOSE money every time a regulator tries to slow OpenAI down. Here's what makes this so genius: Altman sat down with Trump, Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick, and Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent and proposed transferring 5% of OpenAI to a US government sovereign wealth fund modeled on the Alaska Permanent Fund. He also wants Anthropic, Google, Meta, and xAI to hand over 5% each. The media is covering this as generosity. But that's not what's happening here... Two weeks ago the White House quietly forced OpenAI to delay the launch of GPT 5.6. The Commerce Department banned Anthropic's Claude Fable 5 for 18 days. Both companies are trying to IPO in the next 12 months. Both are getting throttled by federal regulators every time a new model rolls out. OpenAI is also being investigated by a coalition of 42 state attorneys general in parallel. Altman looked at what happened to Intel and drew the correct conclusion. Just to remind you: Last August, Trump forced Intel to hand over 9.9% of its shares in exchange for CHIPS Act money Intel had already been awarded. A shareholder lawsuit unsealed in March called the deal "extortionary" and is trying to unwind it. Trump said in May he "should have negotiated a larger stake." Then Nvidia and AMD were forced to hand the US government 15% of their entire China chip revenue in exchange for export licenses. Altman saw the pattern. He is negotiating from the front instead of the back. He is voluntarily offering 5% now before Trump takes 15% by force later. Then there's also the Sanders threat: Bernie Sanders introduced the American AI Sovereign Wealth Fund Act in mid-June. His bill would take 50% of every leading US AI company and use it to fund $1,000 annual dividends to every American. Sanders values the fund at $7 trillion. Altman is using the Sanders threat to sell Congress on 5%. 5% is the number that makes him look reasonable. Now this is where it gets really genius... Microsoft owns roughly 49% of OpenAI. Microsoft was not in the room with Trump. SoftBank just committed $40 billion to OpenAI. SoftBank was not in the room either. Neither were the venture funds that led the March round at $852 billion. Neither were the OpenAI employees who own equity in the company. Every one of them just watched Altman promise 5% of their upside to Trump without a single vote. Altman is spending shareholder money to buy something only HE benefits from. And the US government cannot regulate a company it owns 5% of. Every safety rule that reduces OpenAI's valuation directly reduces the Treasury's own investment. Every model delay reduces the government's future dividend. And every antitrust action against OpenAI now hurts the same agencies supposed to bring those actions. The government becomes structurally incapable of enforcing the exact safety rules those agencies exist to enforce. Altman is turning the White House into a shareholder. Shareholders do not regulate - shareholders protect their investment. Every major AI lab in America now has one option to survive Washington: Hand over 5% before Congress takes 50%. The White House already holds equity in Intel, MP Materials, and multiple quantum computing firms. Nvidia and AMD hand over 15% of their China chip revenue for export licenses. The US government is now the LARGEST venture capitalist in American tech. And the founders are voluntarily cutting the checks themselves using their investors' money. What do you think?

Surprising progress from ~3 months of teaching the 8yo to do "keepy uppy" with a soccer ball. Some lessons learned... First, this skill is embedded in a larger goal that he cares about. He wants to be a better footballer (I hate calling it "soccer", which comes from a contraction of "association" 🤮). This means there is some baseline motivation. This helps you get through the times it sucks to practice. And by the way... It's ok if it sucks (just not too much). What you don't see here is him failing 1,000 times and rage quitting. Probably 1/3 of the sessions involve tears. But you get the biggest gains when you're in your "zone of proximal development" -- the place where it's not too hard, not too easy. It took a lot of cajoling to get him through the early sessions when there wasn't much progress yet. It has to be his choice. When he gets upset, I don't force him. I just ask him if he wants to quit. He never does. I think if I forced him to stick with it, he would be less motivated. By asking him to step outside his momentary frustration and make the decision to quit or not, I think I'm helping him have the space to think about how this connects to his larger goal. But I don't really know. Human motivation is mysterious. Long consistency + intensity, short duration. We do 15 minutes a day, every day. First thing in the morning. I believe duration of training is overrated. In school for example, I think we could get more learning in 30 intense minutes per day than we get in 6 hours a day plus homework now. It takes more effort to do 15 minutes of keepy uppy than it takes to do 2 hours of team practice. And I bet the payoff is higher. Same applies to learning anything. Encouragement is underrated. I watch him while I exercise and drink my coffee. I say "beautiful" even when he messes it up (I got that from Richard Williams, Venus and Serena's dad). I celebrate his PRs. I take videos and I chart his daily progress so he can see the wins. Three months ago he could get 3 at his max, now his average is over 30. Seeing this progress over time has made it easier for him to show up and do the work every day. One focus at a time. We interleave other soccer skills (like shooting and dribbling), but tend to hyper focus on one area at a time so that we see fast progress. We use the same principle in our homeschooling. We are always working on a few things at once, but there is only one priority at a time. Start easy to build momentum. When you start your kids on a skill, you just want to be able to get *any* success at all. Don't be afraid to make it so easy it almost doesn't seem like the same skill. When we started I had him let the ball bounce between each kick. If I didn't do that it would have been so much harder for him to do keep uppy that he might have just quit. You want kids to get momentum in any skill, and you shouldn't be afraid to make the first steps so easy it almost doesn't seem like even the same skill. Focus on fundamentals. You might ask if keepy uppy is even important, since the real game is played mostly on the ground. The reason is found in the slight shuffling of his feet between each hit. In the real game, the quality of your control touch, shooting, and dribbling primarily comes down to these micro foot movements and how they position your body for balance. Keepy uppy trains the nervous system to a level of precision that is otherwise hard to attain. For education, the analogy is probably to something like reading. Reading is fundamental and makes you better at learning everything else, even if what you're reading about is unrelated to what you'll learn later. Students today would probably be better off just reading more vs. doing most of what passes today for "education." Beware of thresholds. The best people at keep uppy are not pro footballers. Every skill has a threshold where getting better at it confers little extra benefit. In education, I think the most obvious example is math. Everyone needs to master some fundmentals, but beyond it's rare to become more successful by getting better at math. Your effort is better spent on some complementary skill where you are weaker. Dress for success. Just kidding. I don't know why he's dressed like a ninja. That's all for now. Would love to hear how you guys think about building skills in the comments. 🙏

I can't believe that the once richest man on earth just bet his entire empire on ONE company. And he has 9 days to pull it off. SoftBank is scrambling to deliver $22.5 billion to OpenAI by December 31st. To get there, CEO Masayoshi Son sold his ENTIRE stake in the best-performing AI stock on the planet. Then sold billions more in other holdings. Cut staff. Froze dealmaking. Borrowed against everything he owns. This is the biggest all-in bet in the past few years. And it might be the most reckless financial engineering since 2008. Here's what's actually happening: SoftBank promised OpenAI $40 billion back in April when the company was valued at $300 billion. The deal had conditions. OpenAI had to convert to a for-profit structure by year-end. They did that in October. Now the clock is ticking. $22.5 billion must arrive in 9 days or the deal breaks. Son already delivered $17.5 billion earlier this year. Getting the rest is proving harder than anyone expected. The moves Son made to raise the cash are absolutely wild: He dumped SoftBank's entire $5.8 billion position in Nvidia. Not trimmed. Not reduced. LIQUIDATED. The same Nvidia that's been printing money for AI investors all year. He sold $4.8 billion worth of T-Mobile shares. Slashed staff across the company. And the Vision Fund that used to write checks for everything? Dead. Any deal over $50 million now requires Son's personal approval. Investment managers who used to hunt for the next big thing are now working full-time on the OpenAI transaction. But it still wasn't enough cash... So Son went to the debt markets. He expanded SoftBank's margin loan capacity by $6.5 billion, bringing total undrawn capacity to $11.5 billion. All of it backed by Arm Holdings stock. If Arm's stock drops, those loans get called. SoftBank faces margin calls. The whole thing unravels. And the risk gets crazier. OpenAI's valuation has tripled since April. Started at $300 billion. Now heading toward $900 billion according to sources. Amazon is reportedly joining the next round. On paper, SoftBank's investment looks brilliant. A 3X return in 8 months. But here's the thing: OpenAI is hemorrhaging cash at a rate that makes Uber's losses look responsible. The company generates $13 billion in annual revenue. Impressive... right? But they're literally projected to LOSE $74 billion by 2028. Not break even with losses. Not approach profitability. $74 billion in the red. Their revenue is growing. Their losses are growing faster. Because AI compute costs don't scale down. They scale UP. Every new ChatGPT user costs OpenAI money. Every API call burns cash. Every model training run requires millions in compute. Sam Altman told employees OpenAI is now in "code red" mode. Pausing all other product launches to focus entirely on beating Google's Gemini. That's the language of desperation. And Altman's long-term vision is even more expensive. He wants to build 30 gigawatts of AI compute capacity. Cost: $1.4 TRILLION. For context, that's larger than Mexico's entire GDP. He wants to add 1 gigawat every single week. Each gigawatt costs over $40 billion. The math doesn't work. The business model doesn't work. The capital requirements are impossible. But Son is betting everything anyway. Why would he do this? Because if it works, he owns the future. If OpenAI becomes the infrastructure layer for the next 20 years of computing, that $22.5 billion turns into trillions. SoftBank becomes the kingmaker of AI. Son becomes the most powerful investor in history. But if it fails? SoftBank vaporizes. The Nvidia stake is gone. Can't get it back. The T-Mobile shares are gone. The margin loans against Arm come due. Son has systematically dismantled his portfolio to concentrate everything into one bet. This is the opposite of diversification. This is the opposite of prudent risk management. This is a founder going all-in on a vision that everyone else thinks is insane. And he might be right. Other investors see it too. That's why OpenAI's valuation tripled in 8 months. BlackRock, Fidelity, and JP Morgan are all writing massive checks to private AI companies. Databricks just raised $4 billion at a $134 billion valuation. The entire market is betting that AI infrastructure will define the next decade. But the difference? They're diversifying. Spreading risk. Building portfolios. Son put everything on one company. The deadline is December 31st. In 9 days, we'll know if SoftBank pulled it off. If they deliver the $22.5 billion on time, the bet stays alive. If they miss the deadline, the deal could collapse. The terms could change. Competitors could swoop in. And Son will have sold the farm for nothing. This is either: The greatest venture bet in history. Or the most reckless financial move since Lehman Brothers. There's no middle ground. Masayoshi Son doesn't do middle ground. He bet big on Alibaba in 2000 and turned $20 million into $60 billion. He bet big on WeWork and lost $14 billion. Now he's betting bigger than ever. $22.5 billion. 9 days. Everything on the line. What would you do?

Let’s get one thing straight before they gaslight you into swallowing this. This is NOT just about “age verification” so kids can’t scroll TikTok. The under-16s social media ban, and the under-18s VPN ban, is digital verification for everyone; because the only way to enforce it is to make every single person prove their age, prove their identity, and “check in” with the State before accessing the modern internet. And yes… you already know where it leads. OneLogin. A centralised identity system designed to collect your credentials and your biometrics (face, iris, fingerprint) and bind them to a single government account. This ban is not the end goal. It is one verification type. One tiny draconian token. One single piece of the Digital ID puzzle. And the equation remains the same: OneLogin + GOV Wallet = Digital ID. Age verification will become one token on that wallet, but first, before the wallet is fully normalised, before it’s “rolled out” to every citizen through exclusion and coercion, they’ll do what they always do: They’ll introduce the gate first. To access a VPN, a social media site, or even an AI tool, you will be forced to “prove” you are over 16 or 18 — and the proof won’t be a private check, or a local device setting, or a parental control. It will be a government check. A government login. A government permission slip. You will have to “check in” with GOV OneLogin to access the internet like a normal person — and soon enough a token for this will be issued into the GOV Wallet, just like the proposed BritCard token that has now allegedly been “scrapped.” This is the same system, the same architecture, the same rollout pattern... just with a different sticker slapped on the front. And once the token exists, it becomes the default. Once it becomes the default, it becomes the requirement. Once it becomes the requirement, it becomes the leash. Because what they’re building is not an age gate. It’s a permission gate. A surveillance gate. A system where your ability to access platforms, services, information, communication — your ability to exist online — becomes conditional on your compliance with a credential check that is logged, tracked, and centrally controlled. They will see what you do. When you do it. What you search. What you access. What you post. And people will still be saying, with a straight face: “Well, it’s a good thing under-16s are being banned from social media… they’ll be safer.” That’s the bait. Then you hear Starmer say: “How will parents police this alone?” And notice what he’s really saying. He is not empowering parents. He is positioning the government next to parents, granting the State the same “authority” to parent your child, to decide what is healthy, what is harmful, what is permitted, what is “wellbeing,” and what must be restricted. The same government that has lied to you for years about safety. The same government that signs away your rights in the name of protection. The same government that cannot define a woman, cannot secure a border, cannot arrest a p3dophile (rather employs and promotes them), cannot run a hospital — but somehow wants you to believe it can be trusted to police your child’s mind. And if you think this is going through “proper process,” think again. A month ago they announced a consultation on the under-16s ban. That consultation is a red herring. Because Starmer’s little phrase “Fast Track” is just PR language for something much uglier: Henry VIII powers. Powers that allow ministers to change legislation without parliamentary scrutiny, without debate, without any democratic friction. And that means the actual rules — the ones that govern your data, your access, your verification, your wallet, your permissions — will not be written on the floor of the House. They will be written by an unelected civil servant in a closed room, and rubber-stamped by a Secretary of State. The consultation is not democracy. It is the hologram of democracy. Designed to make you feel heard while the law is already coded, the architecture already built, and the enforcement mechanism already chosen. And it gets worse. Because this ban is being routed through the Children’s Wellbeing and Schools Bill; a bill that will receive Royal Assent before the consultation even ends. So what exactly are you “consulting” on? A decision that’s already been made. A system that’s already being implemented. A lock that’s already being installed on your front door while they ask you what colour you’d like the handle to be. Then there’s the Unique Identifier for ALL children. They will sell it as “tracking attendance.” But it isn’t an attendance system. It is a digital tether. A permanent state identifier for your child, designed to follow them across systems, databases, services, education, healthcare, “wellbeing,” behavioural monitoring, and digital permissions. And once you combine a Unique Identifier with digital tokens, with “digital wellbeing” regulation, with AI-driven scoring, you have built something monstrous: A system where a child’s “Wellbeing Score” can drop — determined by government-approved metrics, possibly processed by government AI — and the State can remotely revoke their digital tokens. Effectively deleting their social existence until they comply. No access. No platform. No digital participation. No “privileges.” Just compliance. And here’s the part people are missing: They are granting themselves the power to amend the Children’s Wellbeing and Schools Bill without proper parliamentary scrutiny and without waiting for the consultation to end. They are giving the Secretary of State delegated powers to regulate “digital wellbeing” which is a euphemism so broad you could drive an authoritarian regime through it. They can amend laws at any time. They can expand definitions at any time. They can widen the net at any time. Meaning the Prime Minister and Secretaries of State become the architects and the judges. The lawmakers and the enforcers. And Henry VIII powers are named after a tyrant for a reason. Because they were designed for a monarch who forced Parliament to pass laws and accept personal proclamations. That is the lineage of the power Starmer is dressing up as “Fast Tracking.” This isn’t safeguarding. It’s centralisation. And it doesn’t stop there. The other legislation being pulled into this system is the Crime and Policing Bill which is progressing as we speak and the Online Safety Act 2023 — both of which contain mechanisms to expand and amend enforcement without passing fresh primary legislation. Meaning they can tighten the screws without the public ever noticing. No new “big scary bill.” No headline. No national debate. Just silent regulatory expansion. A little more coercion. A little more surveillance. A little more permissioning. Until one day you wake up and the internet — the place you work, learn, communicate, bank, shop, organise, speak, and live — requires you to present a government token just to enter. And you’ll be told it’s normal. You’ll be told it’s safety. You’ll be told it’s “for the children.” This consultation is a farce. The law is being passed. Age verification for all will be forced upon us unless we act now, and unless people stop staring at the headline and start seeing the architecture. This is not even the start of mission creep. This is another step. Another spoke. Another token. Another gate. And yes, there are other ways to improve online safety. Every person over 16 is issued with a National Insurance number. There are privacy-preserving options. There are local-device checks. There are non-centralised approaches. But that is not the point. Because the point is not safety. The point is control. This is part of the digital gulag. The panopticon. A credentialed society where your ability to participate is conditional, permissioned, and revocable... and where the State holds the master key. Linked below is another important post about the Digital ID stack that everyone needs to understand...

If you're a Christian man, it is obvious to see that the world is controlled by Satan. Everywhere you look, we see evidence of this—from entertainment to politics to social media. It is clear that the enemy's agenda is at play, and it's an agenda designed to sabotage the men who have influence in the kingdom of God. And if you’re an entrepreneur who’s been struggling with your weight… You are being affected by this satanic agenda. Why Your Health Is Under Spiritual Attack: My name is Gabe Pluguez, and since 2019, alongside my business partner Joey Yochheim | Default Kings , we’ve been helping men break free from unhealthy patterns—for good. And we don’t just help men “get in shape.” We teach them a faith-based approach to changing their unhealthy habits so that they actually keep the weight off permanently. Like Jim— shown in the video, a 70-year-old C-suite executive who lost 53 lbs in 5 months, kept it off through the holidays, and has sustained it since after working together. Like Alex— shown in the video, a crypto entrepreneur and a dad of one who’s lost more than 40 lbs, has gotten abs, competes in Jiu-Jitsu, and has kept it off for over 2 years since after working together. Like Gavin— shown in the video, a 50-year-old father of six who was busy running multiple businesses but still lost 32 lbs in just 12 weeks. Or like Vinnie— shown in the video, an entrepreneur who’s lost 50 lbs and has kept it off for over 2 years since after working together. So here’s the thing. You already know the truth. You know that you shouldn’t be eating garbage. You know that you should be exercising consistently. You know that God made you in His image and that you’re designed to be strong and actually commanded to honor the body He gave you to carry out His mission for your life. Yet… that's not the reality you're experiencing. Why You Keep Failing to Fix This (Romans 7:15) You're experiencing exactly what Paul talks about in Romans 7:15: “I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do, I do not do, but what I hate, I do.” These are your unhealthy default actions. And if you’re like most Christian entrepreneurs, you’re probably sacrificing your health at the altar of your business. You tell yourself: • “I’ll fix it later.” • “Business and family obligations come before me.” But here’s something that might make you uneasy… That is the exact lie that the enemy wants you to believe. The Lie That’s Keeping You Weak, Tired, and Ineffective: Satan wants you to believe the lie that you are incapable of honoring your body while stewarding everything else. He wants you: ❌ Exhausted ❌ Weakened ❌ A slave to gluttony and sloth ❌ To set a poor example to the people you’re called to lead And additionally... Satan wants you dead... Early... Because if your body is weak, you’re easier to tempt. If you’re out of control, you have less influence over the people you’re supposed to lead. And if you die early—then you’re not even here. And maybe you’ve known this for a while. You’ve tried keto, intermittent fasting, Weight Watchers, Personal Trainers, or even Ozempic… But here’s the part you haven’t heard before. You’ve Been Lied To. You’ve been trying to use a temporary Band-Aid on a spiritual wound. Mainstream diet methods promise a quick fix… but they leave you discouraged and defeated. That’s why studies show that 90% of people who try these diets gain the weight back. And after so many repeated failures, you start to accept the lie from the enemy— “I just can’t figure out this one area of life.” And here’s what makes it even worse. Your pastors aren’t helping—they don’t talk about gluttony because they’re still struggling with it themselves. Other Christians make it harder. They say: 💬 "It’s no big deal!" 💬 "God gives you grace!" 💬 "Come on, one donut won’t hurt!" But I need you to ask yourself: Are the men telling you this the type of men you respect? Are they disciplined? Are they leading by example? Or are they justifying their own addiction to comfort? How I Know Exactly What You’re Feeling: Maybe you’re reading this, and you already know all of this. You know you shouldn’t be eating junk… but you do. You know you should be working out… but you skip it. You know you should stop turning to food for comfort… but you still do. And if you’re feeling convicted right now, I understand. Because I was once enslaved to sin in the exact same way. For over a decade, I was addicted to pornography. I was having premarital sex while still trying to be a Christian leader. I read my Bible, went to church, and knew exactly what I needed to do… Yet I kept falling into the same old pattern. I felt like I fraud. And, there was even this moment when I was finally convicted—just like you are now. I told my ex-fiance: “We’re not having sex anymore.” She looked me dead in the eyes and said: “If we’re not going to do that, then I’m leaving.” And I looked right back at her and said: “Okay. Leave. I choose Jesus.” She walked out the door. And I was proud of myself. I thought: “Thank you, Lord, for the strength to make this decision. I can finally honor You.” And then… Less than 24 hours later, I completely caved. I went right back to the very sin I swore to leave behind. And I remember standing in the bathroom afterward, looking in the mirror, so disgusted with myself that I couldn’t even make eye contact with my own reflection. I had completely lost hope. I told the devil: "You win." But that was a lie. And what I experienced next completely changed my life— And it’s the exact same process that will change yours. The Turning Point: How Everything Changed When I applied the process that I’m going to share with you today, not only did everything change… I experienced blessings in this area of my life that were so far beyond anything I had ever imagined. I broke free from addiction, married the love of my life, started working on a family, and 10x'ed my business, all while staying consistent and leveling up in my own fitness And that’s when I realized: 👉 This isn’t just about losing weight. 👉 This isn’t just about not being fat anymore. This is about the blessings that God has for you on the other side of discipline—blessings so powerful, so life-changing, that once you experience them, you will be incapable of doing anything except saying, “Glory to You, Lord.” How Do You Actually Go About Doing This? This is the exact process that I’ve helped over 800 guys (at the time of this post) go through inside our Christian-focused coaching company, Joey and I were responsible for all the transformations you'll see at These were men just like you. Men who were: • Losing weight temporarily but always gaining it back. • Struggling with multi-decade-long food addictions. • Convicted that they were called for more. • Fathers, husbands, even pastors—who knew God could redeem this area of their life but struggled to connect their faith to their fitness. But they finally broke free. And there were three key things that made that transformation possible. #1: They Changed the Unhealthy Default Actions That Were Keeping Them Stuck All of these men were struggling with things like: ❌ Overeating and mindless snacking ❌ Skipping workouts ❌ Eating late at night, binge eating ❌ Hitting snooze, sleeping in ❌ Overdrinking, struggling with food addiction ❌ Falling off the wagon on weekends, vacations, or business travel And worst of all? 👉 They would lose some weight… then let their habits slip again… which led to the weight coming back. 👉 Their body fat affected not just how they fit in clothes, but how other people saw them—even their daughters and wives started noticing and nagging them about it. 👉 For some of them, their hearts had become ticking time bombs, and they knew if they didn’t change, they would eventually suffer consequences that affected not just them, but their families and marriages. And even though you would think these things would be motivating enough… Like you’re probably thinking right now, “I should be motivated enough to change.” They were still choosing: ❌ Comfort over discipline. ❌ Food over their families. ❌ Laziness over being the leader their people needed them to be. #2: They Didn’t Have a Sustainable, Effective Approach That Worked With Their Busy Life Most of them had already tried: 📌 Dieting, weight loss challenges, personal trainers. 📌 Just trying to “get serious” and eat cleaner. 📌 Fad diets like Keto or Intermittent Fasting. 📌 Making their wife their accountability partner (which never works, because no man wants his wife to be his mommy—and no wife wants to be her husbands mommy). But nothing worked, because none of these were tailored to their bodies, goals, and lifestyle. 👉 The plans didn’t fit the busyness of home life and work. 👉 They didn’t account for vacations, networking events, or client dinners. 👉 They made them feel weird or awkward at dinner time with friends and family. 👉 The nutrition was too complicated for their wives to support. And worst of all? They were straight-up unsustainable. So they would always fall off the wagon—and the weight would always come back. #3: They Didn’t Have Real Accountability From Other Christian Men They Respected They tried using: ❌ Their wives (again—no wife wants to be their husband’s accountability partner). ❌ Their business network (but those guys were focused on business, not health). ❌ Their church groups (but their brothers in Christ didn’t have the specialized knowledge to help them actually execute). So between: ❌ Unhealthy default actions ❌ A lack of a sustainable, effective plan ❌ Not having real accountability They stayed stuck. That’s Why Default Kings Is Different We developed a system that actually works—one that helps you realign your default actions with your true identity in Christ. Because the problem isn’t that you don’t care. The problem isn’t that you’re unaware of these things. The problem is that your current system is failing you. Right now: 📌 Your default actions have brought you here. 📌 You don’t have a sustainable approach. 📌 You don’t have an effective plan. 📌 Your environment is full of people who reinforce your excuses instead of calling you higher. And every time you try to change, you keep getting pulled back into the same cycle. That’s exactly why we built Default Kings. Because this is not just another weight loss program. This is a battle plan for Christian men. A system designed to permanently rewire your habits. A system designed to rebuild your discipline. A system designed to finally help you take back control of your body and mind. Here’s What You’ll Get Inside Default Kings: 1. A Network of Christian Entrepreneurs Who Refuse to Let You Fail You’ll be surrounded by other Christian entrepreneurs who are walking the same walk. You’ll see the men who have already broken free. And when life gets hard, when you get busy, when motivation fades…This brotherhood will step in and keep you accountable. Because this isn’t just about fitness. This is about transforming into the man God called you to be. 2. The Default Actions Framework This is where the mindset shift happens. We help you reprogram your default actions at the core so that: ✅ Instead of battling cravings, you instinctively make better food choices. ✅ Instead of forcing yourself to work out, you naturally show up and execute. ✅ Instead of gaining the weight back, you become the man whose habits keep the weight off. This isn’t about forcing discipline. This is about making discipline natural. 3. A Simple, Results-Driven Eating System That Works in Real Life Forget: ❌ Extreme diets. ❌ Cutting out carbs or red meat. ❌ Being too busy to eat healthy. You’ll learn to eat in a way that actually increases your energy while still enjoying life. You will not be: ❌ That weird guy bringing Tupperware to client dinners. ❌ The guy starving himself and feeling miserable. ❌ The guy who can’t enjoy a meal with his wife and kids. This is not a temporary fix. This is a sustainable way of eating that you can stick to for good. 4. A Custom Training System Designed for Busy Christian Men Your training plan will be completely customized to fit your schedule. You don’t have time to train like a bodybuilder for 2 hours a day—so we focus on efficiency. 📌 If you can commit just 45 minutes, 3–4 times a week, you can do this. 📌 If you’re even busier, we can make it even more efficient. 📌 If you have more time and want to push harder, we’ll structure it accordingly. This isn’t just about losing weight. This is about building muscle and becoming physically capable—so that when the weight is off, you look in the mirror and see a man who reflects the strength and discipline God created you to have. 5. Direct Access to Expert Coaching and 24/7 Accountability You will not be left to figure this out alone. This isn’t just physical transformation. This is spiritual transformation. 7. The Default Kings Private App Everything you need will be housed inside our private DK app, including: 📌 Your custom, step-by-step workout plans so you know exactly what to do. 📌 Structured meal guidance that adapts to your life. 📌 Real-time progress tracking so you can see how far you’ve come. And yes—if you have any injuries or limitations, the entire plan will be built specifically for you. The Most Complete System Ever Created for Christian Entrepreneurs: 📌 This isn’t just another weight loss program. 📌 This isn’t a fad diet. 📌 This isn’t another “challenge” that leaves you gaining the weight back. This is the most complete system ever created for Christian men who are ready to: ✅ Change their default actions ✅ Lose the weight ✅ Keep it off—permanently And when you join Default Kings, you’re stepping into more than just a plan. 👉 You’re removing the obstacles that have kept you stuck. 👉 You’re eliminating the second-guessing and the self-doubt. 👉 You’re finally committing to a system that guarantees you never fall off track again. The Default Kings Promise: We guarantee that: ✔️ You will lose between 10–50 lbs in the next 90 days—or we’ll refund you in full. ✔️ You will keep the weight off—or we’ll refund you in full. If you follow the system, stay coachable, and engage in the process, this will be the last fitness program you will ever need. However—if you: ❌ Ignore the coaching ❌ Skip the workouts ❌ Refuse to be communicative, honest, and humble Then, of course, nothing will work. That’s why we track your progress every single day. We are personally committed to your success. 📌 If you struggle, we’ll step in. 📌 If you start to slip, we’ll call you higher. 📌 If you feel lost, we’ll guide you back. That is the entire purpose of Default Kings. We are here to make sure you win. Right Now, you are standing at a crossroads. You have three choices—and only one leads to transformation. Path #1: Do Nothing. Go back to life as it is. Click away from this page, pretend like you never saw this, open up the Uber Eats app, and order another comfort meal. Keep making excuses. Keep telling yourself, “I’ll figure it out later.” And six months from now? Nothing will change. Six years from now? You’ll still be frustrated, still lacking discipline, still convicted every time you look in the mirror—until you just accept it. And when that moment comes, you’ll wish you had taken action today. If you go that route, I pray for you and trust in God’s plan for your life. Path #2: Try to Do It Alone. You can take what you learn on X or chat GPT and try to piece together your own plan. You can do hours of research, attempt to hold yourself accountable, and try to willpower your way through it. And while that’s better than doing nothing… That’s the most common way that men fail. Because if you were capable of holding yourself accountable, you would have done it by now. If you had the time and knowledge to create a sustainable, effective, Biblically based fitness plan that works for your lifestyle, you would have done it by now. But you don’t need just another diet plan. You don’t need just another workout routine. You need a proven system that: ✅ Removes the confusion so you’re never guessing what to do next. ✅ Holds you accountable so you never fall off track again. ✅ Surrounds you with strong, Christian men who push you to succeed. ✅ Rewires your habits so that discipline becomes automatic. Going at this alone means you don’t have the coaching when you need help. It means you don’t have a group of men who can come into agreement with you about what God can do in this area of your life. It means you don’t have the battle-tested frameworks that have helped 800+ Christian men permanently transform their health. And that’s why most men who try to figure it out themselves end up right back where they started—or talking to me again six months later. Path #3: Say “Maybe.” You don’t have to say yes right now. Just say maybe. Maybe you’ve tried and failed before. Maybe you’ve thought about committing to a plan before. Maybe you know you need a real system that actually works for high-achieving Christian men. If that’s the case, then I want to make this easy for you. Instead of asking you to commit to the entire program right now, I’m asking you to commit to just a few minutes of your time for a Free Fat Loss Assessment. 📌 You’ll chat directly with me, Joey, or one of the other experts on our team. 📌 We’ll dive deep into the root cause of why you keep losing weight and gaining it back.| 📌 We’ll give you clear action steps on how to fix this permanently.| And if it makes sense, we’ll show you exactly how Default Kings works. This time is different. This time, you will win. But you have to take the first step. Click the link below and book your Free Fat Loss assessment today. 👇
