I hope everybody's paying attention out there on the job and having a good day. Remember, things happen in the blink of an eye. If you go to work with 10 fingers make sure you come home with at least 10 of your own. Preferably attached and not in a baggie. 🤣🤣🤣

If you come to Beijing, you must try Douzhi, the most famous snack in Beijing. Huang Renxun's success is not accidental; he has excellent self-control. Remember to share it with your friends and make sure to take a video.

Kara Lawson shares a message every competitor needs to hear. "Don't give me the power to affect your self-esteem, who you are as a person, and how good a practice you can have. Don't ever give someone externally the power to touch you in that way." Your mindset is yours. Protect it. "If you give someone externally the power to impact how good a day you're gonna have, what type of attitude you're gonna have, how hard you're gonna work - you're ceding something that's really, really valuable in life." "You control that. Don't give me that power. Don't let me control whether you're gonna have a good day or not, or whether you feel good about yourself." You choose how you want to show up. "No one gets to own you. I don't get to own you. Nobody does. Nobody should." "Don't give anyone that power. That's important." Take ownership of yourself, your attitude, your effort, and your confidence. They all belong to you. (🎥 Duke Women’s Basketball)

The biggest mistake I see people make when they start carnivore is the same mistake I made. Trying to do everything perfectly from day one. That is not a plan. That is a setup for failure. Here is what actually works. Stop trying to be perfect and start adding in the good things. More meat. More eggs. More real food. That is it. Something really cool happens when you do that. The more good things you add in, the less room there is for the things you are trying to crowd out. You are not white knuckling it. You are not depriving yourself. You are just filling your plate with better and better things until there is no space left for the rest. Progress is not just good enough. Progress IS the goal. You do not have to be perfect to change your life. You just have to start. 👑

Steve Kerr on Culture 👇 🗣"You can't just create a culture by saying what it is or writting it down. That's a good start but you have to follow that up by practicing those values each day… You can’t come in and yell at your players all day. There has to be joy in practice.”

The most powerful skill you can build is staying in a good mood for no reason. Not because life is perfect—but because you trained your mind to expect good things.

“The greatest characteristic you can have is a great attitude. It's your choice every day when you wake up. You also have to understand and appreciate the value of hard work. Nothing really matters if you don't give great effort.” - Jay Wright

Train your eye to catch small things, make adjustments to really get your work where it needs to be. Pinpoint why it’s not working, re animate the whole scene if you have to. Try using the same keys but arrive to them in a different way. #animation

คีย์เวิร์ด: โฟกัสที่ความสุข อย่ายุ่งเกี่ยวอะไรที่ toxic และ“ใช้เน็ตให้เป็นประโยชน์” "In case I don't go live, happy new year in advance. May you have a good health and be surrounded by love and positive energy. I usually tell my fans that whenever you're experiencing toxicity of any kind, do not waste your time on it. When facing negative energy, just stay away and never ever get your involved in it, whether it's people, issues, or anything that you might have to face in your daily life. Time flies, so just focus on happiness and good things that will be coming your way. I want you all to have a quality life, good thoughts, and good things. Let's improve ourselves together and move towards success together be it about mental health, physical health and also other things. May you have good things and meet good people and let's enjoy the next year together. There're still projects that will make you proud, so let's keep moving and fight together. Save your energy and your internet...use the internet in a productive way as much as you can. Love you all so much. Have a sweet dream. Love you guys. Bye. 💋💋" #อิงฟ้ามหาชน #EngfaWaraha

Qullamaggie on Feeling Like a Genius, It's The Market Not You “A melt-up market is when everything is going straight up. And it becomes too easy to make money. You start feeling like a genius — that’s a melt-up market. Trust me, you are not a genius. None of you. It’s the market, not you. No, it’s true. It’s true. Most of my money has come from periods when the market is really good. You just have to line your trading with a period where the market is really good. You know, you gotta be aggressive when the market is really good. Your job is to identify good setups in a good market — and then let the market take care of the rest. Too many people think they are the shit just because they’re making a lot of money. But that’s not really true. It’s the market, not you.”

Finally, work with your brain, not against it. As I showed you before, you don't have an attention deficiency—you just respond to tasks differently. Work in your area of genius (things that make you excited and curious).
