A DEX becomes a lot more interesting to me when the question is not only: “What can I trade here?” But also: “Can I actually contribute liquidity here?” That is one part of RivrDEX I think deserves more attention. RivrDEX is permissionless, so you are not limited to simply using the liquidity that is already available. You can add liquidity to a pool, receive LP tokens, and earn a share of the trading fees. It changes the way I look at a DEX. You are not just a trader using someone else’s liquidity. You can also become part of the liquidity behind the market. For smaller markets especially, having an open way to provide liquidity without going through a centralized platform feels pretty important. Trade with the liquidity that is there. Or help build it. That is a much more interesting idea to me.

Day 468: I’m earning ~$10/hour in LP rewards almost risk-free. My strategy is to provide liquidity on NCAAB games before they start. Polymarket offers around $7,500 in LP rewards as pre-game incentives. > Insert an expiry time before the games start > Pick the side with the lowest odds so you can provide more shares >Make sure the order book is thick so you don’t get filled too quickly If your bid gets hit, just try to sell using limit orders for a small profit or instantly exit at breakeven (minus a small fee). This is one of my favorite ways to farm LP rewards since the downside is relatively low.

Right now it is running cold, so people think something is broken. Nothing is broken. It’s doing exactly what it always does. So here is the question. If these assets track liquidity this closely... what if t you could forecast liquidity itself? Well, actually, you can. As I lay out in my Everything Code framework, liquidity is driven by the debasement of currency, and debasement can be forecast years ahead, because the interest payments that drive it are already known today and they lead liquidity by around three years.
