Maxwell woke up with a pep in his step — because friends Kerrio and Taroha were coming to visit! Max is our resident blind black rhino. He is also the most popular member of our Nursery herd. He doesn’t join the orphaned elephants out in the forest for a number of reasons — black rhinos are very territorial by nature, and because Max is blind, he has his own, expansive stockade to call home — but visitors are always welcome at his door. Most mornings, the orphaned elephants make a point to stop by Maxwell’s gate as they head into the forest. They share a lovely hello, then go about their respective days. Meet Max and support him through an adoption:

Max doesn't appear to have done this because of the Trump trial, but rather because he is a conspiracy theorist who thinks that there is a plan by Peter Thiel and wealthy individuals to screw us over using crypto currency. Hamas has millions of civilians to use as perpetual human shields in a Jihadi, suicidal project that is willing to finish Gaza off, not unlike Hitler’s last stand in Berlin in 1945, when the Soviets wiped out the city to end the Third Reich. The war with Iran has served Hamas in Gaza by reducing international focus and scrutiny on its growing and expanding influence and control.

While the world has been rightfully focused on the war with Iran and its implications, Hamas in Gaza continues to re-establish its complete and firm grip on power, control, and all aspects of life in the destroyed, shrunken, and besieged coastal enclave. Inside the “red zone” that the terror organization controls, there are dozens of checkpoints set up by Hamas’s governmental police, as well as the group’s al-Qassam Brigades – covering the entirety of the Strip’s north-to-south travel axes. Little Daba and Maxwell, sharing a morning hello! Maxwell is the most popular member of our Nursery herd. Because he is blind – the result of a congenital eye condition – he has a forever home with us and his own spacious boma to lord over. (Black rhinos are solitary by nature and very territorial.) But with that said, Max has appointed visiting hours. When he hears the elephants mobilising in the morning, he waits by his gate to receive them as they head into the forest. Very often, there is a queue waiting to have their moment with the black rhino. On this particular day, lucky little Daba got the first slot! Meet Max and support him through an adoption:
