As part of the Top 10 Alabama recruiting class of 2017, Alex Reese played prep basketball at Pelham High School and earned Class 6A Player of the Year honors. During his senior season in Tuscaloosa, Alabama swept the 2021 SEC regular-season and tournament championships as the Crimson Tide finished 26-7 and reached the Sweet Sixteen. In the Sweet Sixteen matchup with UCLA, Reese buried a deep three-pointer to force overtime before the Crimson Tide fell to the Bruins. At that time, those two—Heewon and Dahyun, who are members of CAN’T BE BLUE and also XngHan’s high school friends—were the first to approach me and become friendly. Because of that, I remained close with the friends I bonded with from the very beginning. 🍀 At our school, there were only two classes per major, so it was possible to be in the same class with the same classmates for all three years, and the probability of ending up in the same class was quite high—over 50%. I ended up being in the same class with them in both my first and third years. 🍀 We played basketball and soccer together, but we played basketball especially often. We also practiced together as a band many times.

There haven’t been many better backup’s in college basketball than St John’s 6’2 PG Dylan Darling. Darling has been a standout in Big East play for St John’s where he’s averaging 8/2/2 and a steal a game in only 19 MPG, while also shooting 55% from the field. Darling is one of the best POA defenders in college basketball with an extremely high motor on the defensive end where he’s always working to make an impact and create a two way play for his team. Darling is also a skilled offensive player who's a talented finisher, shooter, and passer. He's shooting 38% from three, 58% at the rim while also using his passing vision to find his open teammates. This season only 2 other High Major players have an AST% of 20, a STL% of 3.5 and is shooting 37% from three on 6 attempts a game per 100. Joining Tyler Tanner, and Kingston Flemings.
