@AtomicFox64 It's still canon lore. A friend of mine saw the preview rough cut. They cut out the Keldor scenes. A lot of stuff got cut. Heck, even some trailer scenes were cut.

@lodinsxnl Yeah I legit thought exactly that. They cast Jared Leto, who looks very much like Keldor, only for Skeletor's younger self to never be shown (honestly for the better). Really thinking about it, it's for the best that they leaned more into his memetic camp people know him for.

@lodinsxnl 1/? My friend pointed out it's still referenced in the film. Sorceress revealed the backstory in a flashback but it got cut yet Adam still references it "not being loved as a kid, not getting the throne". It showed King Miro choosing Randor over Keldor.

@lodinsxnl 2/2 He said another cut scene was Keldor becoming Skeletor by making a deal with Scareglow played by Frank Langella. Also cut was a scene of Dolph as King Grayskull fighting Hordak. In that cameo left in Dolph was the spirit of Grayskull originally.

@lodinsxnl Okay so a while back Scareglow was revealed to be getting a figure in the Chronicles figure line, which is almost all movie figures with the exception of this and a Mattel Creations King Grayskull. Make me this was likely based off his appearances that was cut.
