Mathematics is not something distant. It is a structure that quietly shapes reality. I’ve been working on a new video for

If you believe in independent and open mathematical knowledge, you can support the project here

That's great work! I believe math and sciences have to be written in a web format instead of deprecated PDFs.

PDFs are definitely more practical for studying and printing. For example, arXiv provides content in both PDF and HTML which is probably the best compromise. Since I don’t have the time to manage both I’ve focused on HTML for now....

Printable versions are not restricted to PDFs. Web versions can be print-friendly and integrate animated maths that can be really helpful in addition to a rigorous math course.

i love this

Thank you!

Inspiring video, but unlike that, I consider reality to be an emergent property of thermodynamic optimization, where structures persist by maximizing their resistance to entropy, and mathematics is just a cognitive model to capture that statistical continuity.

I’d say I took a few liberties in the video and allowed myself quite a bit of simplification 😀

Beautiful.

😃

How do I create account so I can track my progress.

Thank you so much for your interest! You can create an account by simply clicking "Sign Up" in the top-right corner of the homepage. Once registered, your reading history and future progress will start being tracked automatically.

Mathematics rule the world

👍🏻

This is so cool. I am going to spend the next few days going over all the topics. Thanks dude.

Thanks! If you spot any errors or inaccuracies, feel free to point them out. I do my best, but I don’t always catch everything!

Sure

@antoniolupetti - your vision and what you have achieved with is phenomenal. Thank you for this incredible initiative on the most beautiful language ever - mathematics

Thank you so much Vivek! Your words are encouraging and give me even more motivation to keep going. Building Algebrica has been a long journey, and support like yours means a great deal to me. Thank you again for your kindness and support! 😀

Awesome website, bookmarked! Really love it!

Thank you so much!

Thank you, let me integrate some of it into

Cool

Thank you Joshua!

cool

Thank you!

The Universe, is it a consequence of mathematics? I mean, it surely is mathematics because it unfolds from it. But, would everything be the consequence of variations within a complex mathematical weave? Would it be a predecessor or a consequence of what we call free will?🤔🧐

Interesting question, and honestly not one I can answer 😅. I do like the idea that the universe might somehow emerge from mathematical structures. It is a simplification, of course, but that was the intuition I wanted to capture in the video. Mathematics seems to describe reality with such precision that it’s tempting to wonder whether it is merely a language we invented, or something more fundamental from which reality itself emerges!

I believe that as a language, that's an invention that tries to describe the inherent structures. So, it's both. I wonder about many of these things when I think of AI. Any readings recommended to start my path through ML, DL, and AI? 😬🤗

Exactly. I'm a marine physicist, and mathematics is fundamental to me. PDEs differential equations, functional and harmonic spaces. Besov, Morrey, Triebel-Lizorkin, Littlewood-Paley decomposition, Bony's paraproduct, stochastic processes, it's not easy bread. But these are absolutely captivating subjects. 👌

👍🏻

🤗

Looks awesome! such a coincidence, I've been working on a Github equivalent for mathematical research. Would be cool to know more about what we have in common :P

Oh, you mean like how the pistol shrimp knows geometry just as well as iceXXI does😉😎

😅

The project is amazing. As always Italians showing where to go. Keep going

Thank you!

That’s brilliant 💫Keep going 👍🏼

Thank you!

Super interesting video, can I ask what do you used to generate this?

Final Cut Pro :)

Beautiful work in all senses of the word!

Thank you!

😮 What a terrific job you've done, Antonio! B&W videos are 😎! Is there a page explaining which tools you're using for your website (e.g. which online md & latex editor? how you create interactive diagrams & charts, etc.) Would love to see this extended to (Vector) Calculus.

Thank you so much, I really appreciate it. I’m getting this question quite a lot, so I’ll put together a proper post about it. In short, I do everything quite manually😅. I use WordPress as a CMS, it’s practical and works well at this stage. The theme is fully custom, built from scratch. For vector graphics I use Sketch, for animated charts D3.js. As an editor I use Sublime with CodeKit, and a local Git repository. Nothing too fancy, just a simple workflow that works for me.

I was curious because I came across this GitHub repo which mentioned an awesome website to have fun learning, namely about maths ( Brilliant also has some cool interactive diagrams.

Super cool!

@mccall_evan1 Thank you Evan! :)

this is very resourceful. Thankyou @antoniolupetti

Thank you!

Great Job !!!

@telepaco thank you!

The Best way to have a complete view of maths in a web. Amazing !!

Математический эзотерик

It is the same math, composed and repeated. More aptly, it is the same geometry.

Complete nonlinear gravity dynamics calculated purely from entanglement (no Einstein, no Newton) - see my paper modular character X. The entire structure of physics are the ratios and derivatives of one single number so big you cannot even write it down because it contains more digits than all atoms in the entire Universe (wayyyy more). I’m creating a gravity app using nothing but entanglement and it’s going to look like reality because it’s the same math
