@MatrixMysteries Actually, usury is the illegal action or practice of lending money at unreasonably high rates of interest. The 10.60% rate in the OP is not usurious because it is legal. The borrower is just stupid for 1. buying a $111,916 truck and 2. for borrowing money at 10.60% to pay for it.
