Matt Canavan asks Nexa Advisory’s Stephanie Bashir on “problems” & “costs” with Renewable Storage & is taught a lesson on how it’s in fact a “big solution” to reduce power bills & that even w/out direct subsidies Aussies have invested in 147K batteries “just in this yr alone”💥

It's no secret that Canavan has personal interest in mining. There is a conflict of interest here.

⤴️What a waste of time and money. Canavan, Ted and Dutton have personal interest in keeping the coal burning. Australian in majority voted for a government supporting renewables to benefit our (and future generations). Stop wasting taxpayer's money.

I bet Canavan sat next to Teddy, who sat behind Donald Dutton in high school science making fart jokes instead of taking in the information!

‘Aussie coal’ on Matt’s laptop kinda sums him up. #fossilfuelsIsMyBusinessInterest

Nexa Advisory’s Stephanie’s Bashir treats Canavan with patience and respect. She’s guileless. She persists with the big picture perspective re cost/benefit analysis of renewables. (It’s heartening battery take up is large.) Let’s hope politics doesn’t trash reason. #auspol

You got your quantitative answer @mattjcan ... of course I am sure you thanked Stephanie @StephanieBashi2 for her compelling evidence.

Canavan is such a disingenuous Cunt

@Richard_D_Boyle What's a sun tax?

@Richard_D_Boyle A lie to try and scare Australians into thinking they will be paying more if they take up solar.

I suspect Canavan has solar and battery storage on his house as would a lot of LNP politicians.
