Today in State House he has made me have confidence in his leadership because he spoke like a change agent and it will not be business as usual in government offices. He has laid a trap for his executive officers more so to those who take government functions as just any other function and they can arrive at any time-Gate D state house is a parking lot as many are busy writing explanation letters on why they are late.
