🚨Senator Matt Canavan said that "we should be pursuing those who committed these horrific acts under existing laws," and not treat the Senate as "a rubber stamp." He voted yes on the 'Hate Speech' legislation.

Aontú questioned the government on Hate Speech legislation today. This is a big breakthrough. Aontú was the only party in the Dáil to oppose hate speech fully. Now the government has said they won't pursue it.

You can see the regret wash over Matt Canavan’s face as he realises he said words he wished he hadn't. I wonder if taking shots at Victoria will pan out as well for Matt Canavan as it did for Peter Dutton and Josh Frydenberg?

🚨 Breaking! The Irish government has informed the EU they will not comply with a demand to force hate speech laws on the public. Hugely significant moment for free speech.

Senator Matt Canavan on fire today as he slams the Australian Government for misinformation around the digital ID Bill. Don’t believe a word they say . ‘Oppose this digital ID. Oppose this expansion of Government oversight. We are a free country and should remain that way!’ 🔥🔥🔥

🚨🇦🇺 Australian Government to introduce strictest ‘Hate Speech Laws’ ever seen “Increase penalties for hate speech” “Making hate an aggregating factor when adjudicating crimes online” “Hate based on Race or advocating racial supremacy” Listen to PM Anthony Albanese - bringing in tighter speech laws, as well as gun reform in the wake of the Bondi Beach shootings.

Karnatka's Hate Speech Bill: Congress government in Karnataka has tabled a bill that claims to curb hate speech, but it attempts to risk free speech! The wording of the bill is vague and open to interpretation, which means even ordinary statements could be judged as ill will and lead to serious criminal action. India already has laws to deal with hate speech, and even the Supreme Court has said that the real problem is weak enforcement, not the absence of law. When the line between free speech and crime becomes unclear, people begin to self censor out of fear rather than responsibility!

The richest man on earth brought global attention to migrant r#pe gangs while the UK government tried to cover it up. He also attacked the Irish government over hate speech laws. If you haven't noticed the pattern yet, when Elon obsesses over something, it's usually important.

It’s a dark day in Australian politics! A distraught Senator Ralph Babet lashes out at the Liberals for their betrayal on the hate speech laws. Falling in line like the Labor-Lite party they are. Handing the Government reckless powers to govern and demonise free speech. He describes the vast majority of politicians as terrible people who will role over for something that will benefit them personally or advance their career. As we have seen today. He refuses to run again. This is what we’re up against.

I did not vote for President Ruto but he is the president! Today in State House he has made me have confidence in his leadership because he spoke like a change agent and it will not be business as usual in government offices. He has laid a trap for his executive officers more so to those who take government functions as just any other function and they can arrive at any time-Gate D state house is a parking lot as many are busy writing explanation letters on why they are late. This should translate to ward level so that Kenyans feel the presence of government at any time, they are servants and not masters. 🔨

VIDEO | Delhi: On Sonam Wangchuk’s indefinite fast and the government’s response, Rajya Sabha MP Kapil Sibal says, “Today marks the 18th day of Sonam Wangchuk ji’s hunger strike, and the government has not taken any initiative so far. Why does a person go on a hunger strike? Why did Mahatma Gandhi undertake fasts? Whenever it appeared that the government was taking the path of injustice, there was bound to be protest. Protest has many forms and methods, and fasting is one such way. When someone goes on a fast, especially a fast unto death, offering even his life, the government should at least adopt a dialogue-oriented approach. I remember that during Anna Hazare’s movement, whenever he went on a hunger strike and there were demonstrations over the Jan Lokpal Bill, the government held talks. A government exists for the people and to listen to the people. But when a stage comes where the government says it will not listen to anyone, that is the stage Indian politics has reached today.” (Full video available on PTI Videos -

A few weeks ago the Irish government informed the EU that they would not go along with demands to force hate speech laws on the people of Ireland. Today, the European Commission Against Racism and Intolerance has once again urged Ireland to implement hate speech laws. But even regime friendly media is reacting negatively to this news. There will never be hate speech laws in Ireland, it's time for the tyrants at the European Commission to accept that.
