Matt Damon admits that Netflix deliberately dumbs down dialogue — because viewers simply don’t follow the plot “They say ‘we want people to stay tuned in. And it wouldn’t be terrible if you reiterated the plot four times because people are on their phones”

🍿 Netflix deliberately dumbs down dialogue — because viewers simply don’t follow the plot Matt Damon talked about this on Joe Rogan’s podcast. According to him, Netflix explicitly asks writers to repeat key plot points multiple times in dialogue, so viewers who are glued to their phones can at least understand what’s happening on screen. Watching while scrolling has become the norm — and content is adjusted to fit that habit. As a result, the structure of films has broken down: everything important and “cool” now has to be crammed into the opening minutes. Otherwise, that’s it — people just won’t finish the movie. No focus, no patience, attention spans measured in seconds. The third problem is visuals. Damon says directors no longer see the point in obsessing over cinematography, because most people watch movies on phones, tablets, and laptops. Cinema made for the big screen is turning into content for small screens — and of matching quality.

Matt Damon & Ben Affleck just roasted how phones are ruining movies on Joe Rogan. Damon said Netflix now demands a massive explosion in the first five minutes because everyone’s watching on their phones and scrolling. They even repeat plot points multiple times so distracted viewers don’t miss anything. Ben called it adapting to reality, people want to watch on small screens, so films have to change. This one hit me. I’ve caught myself half-watching big movies while doomscrolling and felt bad about it. The way we consume stories is changing fast, and it’s quietly reshaping how stories get told — from immersive big-screen experiences to quick, phone-friendly bites. Do you think phones are making movies worse, or is it just inevitable?

🇺🇸🎥 Netflix specifically simplifies movies for viewers who watch them while scrolling through TikTok at the same time — Matt Damon Service asks viewers to repeat the dialogue several times, insert the most important and spectacular scene in the first 5 minutes, and focus less on visuals because they're watching on phones & laptops — says This is the new reality that we live in... No one can concentrate on ANYTHING for long... What's the result?

Reza Pahlavi admits: Why do we say that the world should support the people of Iran in their pursuit of freedom? They are not going to do it because of my beautiful eyes or yours. They will do it because it serves their own interests. We need to convince them that supporting the Iranian people is in their interest.

Don’t want Iran to lose if it means Trump wins. Thomas L. Friedman of The New York Times really wants “to see Iran defeated militarily because this regime is a terrible regime for its people and the region,” but on CNN’s Michael Smerconish he fretted “the problem is I really don’t want to see Bibi Netanyahu or Donald Trump politically strengthened by this war because they are too awful human beings. They are both engaged in anti-democratic projects in their own countries. They’re both alleged crooks. They are terrible, terrible people doing terrible things to America’s standing in the world and Israel’s standing in the world.”

When these people say that Matt Gaetz is a threat to their democracy, what they mean is that he is a threat to the blobocracy. They are terrified because Matt Gaetz is not afraid to prosecute people who broke the law in order to railroad Donald Trump and other other prominent conservatives. They want Donald Trump to be saddled with another Rod Rosenstein or Bill Barr, who did absolutely nothing during the four years that they were attorney general. Not this time. Preserve your documents because if you broke the law, you will be held accountable.

Reporter: If you want the Iranian people to rise up, will you send the CIA in to arm Iranains? Trump: I wouldn’t want to say that. It wouldn’t be appropriate to say.

OT6, y’all have lost the plot. This is an app. Mass-reporting someone’s account is against X’s rules, and K-pop fan wars are never that serious. You don’t see OT7 mass-reporting people just because they disagree with their opinions. On this app, it’s okay for people to have different views. At the end of the day, everyone is going to keep their own opinions, and that’s completely normal because people can think for themselves. So can we please regain the plot? This is supposed to be a space for discussion, not a reason to try and get someone’s account taken down over fan wars.

“They should not dare the Ijaw people, because if they try, they won’t last without government backing. I pity those who may choose to join them. If you come, I feel sorry for you. Ijaw people do not back down, and you may not be around to tell the story. Don’t bring d€struction to your land. Just stay quietly and leave the Ijaw people alone, because we will not allow anyone to keep our people in that condition.” — Asari Dokubo issues a direct message to the people of Edo State, days after a previous video in which he claimed that their next båttleground would be in Edo.

Bryan Johnson reveals why modern people are NOT in control of their own lives “People are not the architects of their lives because they compulsively scroll, eat fast food, and do all these bad behaviors. When pressed on it, they rationalize it as virtue because they're trapped” “I would challenge everyone here to reclaim yourself and don’t do anything you don’t want to do. The enemy is whoever is trying to get you to do something that is not in your best interest. That gives you the moral power. Don’t be puppeted”

SNEAKO compares ChudTheBuilder to Jake Lang while speaking with Myron says Jake Lang is a paid provocateur who deliberately antagonizes Muslims through extreme public stunts to trigger reactions and argues people should ignore instead of giving them the response they want 😳 “Don’t give them the reaction they’re looking for or they’re going to say I was right… if you act with violence, you prove their ideas in their own head. Just ignore the guy… I had people like that during the Times Square prayer trying to antagonize and we just prayed and ignored them because they want you to get upset, they want you to act violent so they can say I was right. If you play into their hand, they are winning.”

Emily Blunt on the plot of Disclosure Day “What can you tell us about the plot of the movie itself?” “The big idea of it is that question that sparked the fires of human imagination for years. Are we alone or are we not alone? And if we aren't, why are the people in power hiding the truth from us? And so the movie is like a life or death race against time for those that believe the truth belongs to 8 billion people and those who believe that it doesn't and they want to keep it secret.”
