Matt Damon does not need government insurance. Neither does Nicholas Cage. Neither does Cher. Rand Paul is right: Government insurance should be for people with modest incomes and middle class homes. It should not be for rich people with $20 million beach houses.

@RandPaul I don’t think any second homes should qualify for government insurance. There are a lot of people who can’t even afford a first home. Why should their tax money go to this??
