🇺🇸🧤 Matt Freese does it AGAIN. Another penalty saved. At Harvard, Freese committed to becoming a penalty-kick-saving connoisseur — and he clearly knows what he’s doing. 🧠 With a #USMNT starting spot up for grabs, this is becoming a real debate. 👀 #nycfc Tim Howard

THIS IS NOT A REFEREE TWEET I REPEAT - THIS IS NOT A REFEREE PENALTY OFFICIALS TWEET This is me giving Jaylen Watson a little more grace on the pass to Brian Thomas. Thomas extended his left arm right as Watson is getting ready to jump - AGAIN - This is not about a penalty. This happens a lot in the game including Chiefs receivers doing it. It happens. I wouldn’t want the flag thrown if the roles were reversed and it was a Chiefs receiver. I’m tweeting this because I was pretty frustrated with Watson yesterday during the show with him not coming up with the PBU on this. Outside of closing the gap more on the sideline he was in phase and looks like he timed his jump pretty perfectly. Bad timing that the arm hits him when he’s between steps. Easier to lose balance with neither foot touching the ground AGAIN I DON’T CARE ABOUT A PENALTY OR NOT. Also, good for Brian Thomas who has had his issues with drops that’s he’s able to secure it after the slight bobble before Conner makes the hit. (Please don’t make this about the refs)

It’s almost getting comical at this point. Trump literally said there would be “no exemptions” to his reciprocal tariffs (see video) and MAGA cheered. “No, with reciprocal [tariffs] you don’t need to,” he said. Now, suddenly he’s backtracking again and adding a bunch of exemptions to his reciprocal tariffs. And MAGA is cheering yet again. It’s almost as if he has no idea what he’s doing and MAGA doesn’t stand for anything except whatever Trump says and does.

NOW: Governor Cox says we need to figure out how students like Tyler Robinson are becoming so radicalized on college campuses. Pretty sure this is exactly why Charlie Kirk was doing his campus tours…and he got assassinated for doing so. “We also have to figure out how it came to be that a kid with a 4.0, with a 34 on the ACT, with a full-ride scholarship at my my alma matter…who didn’t last a semester…drops out and ends up doing something like this.” “We need to understand that, and we need to figure out how to stop it.”

There’s absolutely no place in this game for a cheap shot. Football is a tough, physical sport — but it’s supposed to be played with respect. When a player takes a shot at another guy like that, especially a quarterback that’s defenseless, who’s clearly thrown the ball, it’s gutless. It doesn’t make you tough, it doesn’t help your team — it just shows a lack of discipline and character. We coach our guys to compete the right way, and there’s no excuse for anything less. What’s sadder, no penalty was thrown. MRI scheduled for Monday.

Someone show this idiot what Christianity does. This moron thinks that missionaries setting up schools to brainwash Hindus and convert them is doing good for humanity and gives him the right to demean Hinduism now that he’s a converted sheep? Show him the #EpsteinFiles and the atrocities committed against little children. “Drinking blood and eating human flesh isn’t satanic—it’s Christian.”

The discourse around the Eze penalty last night is fascinating. If nothing else it provides Arteta with an excuse as to how his team has been hard done by and robbed. He loves excuses. It’s a fascinating situation because I actually think the right outcome was reached albeit through the wrong process. Once given on the field under the current rules it shouldn't have been overturned. For that Arsenal can feel aggrieved. Don't forget Arsenal were the beneficiaries of an incredibly soft penalty in Leverkusen. It wasn’t overturned. I find the attached video interesting because it clearly shows how minimal the contact is. The defender doesn’t pin Ezes foot to the ground. Doesn’t smash into it. It brushes down the side of it. It’s where the still pictures of it were wildly misleading. Are we really saying that contact such as that is worthy of a penalty? What’s clear in the video is that Eze has absolutely made the most of the slight contact. I love the straight left leg. A very natural position. It’s a brilliant dive and normally it would have been rewarded. By saying that is a stone wall penalty all we are doing is encouraging such theatrics and cheating. Whenever you hear the words “that was clever” by a commentator they are intimating the player has cheated/made the most of it. We complain about refs all the time but what chance do they have when players are doing stuff like this. Until players are punished properly there is no disincentive for players to keep doing this stuff. I also find it fascinating when you have a foot brushed like this. When you compare it to all the holding/pushing/grappling at other times. Sometimes a contact sport and others not. Is this really what football has become?

A grown man runs onto the field mid-play and takes out a 9-year-old kid sprinting toward the end zone - trips him like he’s playing defense in his own beer league. The coach said his leg could’ve broken. Thankfully the kid wasn’t hurt, but this wasn’t an accident, it was intent. The man admitted it, got hit with a $313 fine for disorderly conduct, and that’s it. A 41-year-old adult assaulted a child at a youth football game and walked away with a citation you’d get for public urination. What’s it going to take before this actually carries real consequences? What penalty do you think actually fits this?

This particular video of Trump arriving home last night, with his tie in hand, after a full day of campaigning, really gets me. He doesn’t have to be doing any of this. He gave up so much to endure non-stop abuse, backstabbing, lies, slander, targeting of his family, attempts on his life, and general bullsh-t; and yet there always seems to be a critic out there. He does all this because he knows what this country and its people are capable of, he loves them and wants them to experience the country of opportunity he grew up in; a country that is a force for good.

Even CNN called out Padilla’s stunt for what it was, a desperate attempt to grab attention at a press conference where he didn’t belong. When even the media sees through your act, you know you’ve gone too far... "I mean, she was holding a press conference and delivering a statement to the press. He’s not a member of the press. This wasn’t a hearing or an open forum for senators to ask questions. He clearly showed up at a public event just to create a moment and do exactly what you’re describing, to show his constituents, not just Democrats, that he’s “fighting” from his perspective."

Look at Taehyung casually chatting with David Beckham, and Tom Cruise (new clip), and Justin Bieber. No translator, no assistance, no awkward body language or hesitation. He’s simply having a real conversation, the way people do when they genuinely meet and connect. It’s clear how much he’s been studying and improving, one step at a time. What stands out even more is that he never makes it feel like “work.” You can tell he’s doing it because he truly wants to, and that sincerity puts everyone around him at ease. That’s exactly how he builds real relationships and friendships.💜🦋✨

Trump also slammed Britain for refusing to fully join the U.S. campaign against Iran, saying: “You weren’t there to help me.” He warned that Britain is heading toward “disaster” over immigration and launched another attack on London Mayor Sadiq Khan. 👀🇺🇸🇬🇧 Trump vs Britain is escalating again.

At my wits end with my cat. Starting to resent him. TL:DR - cat constantly cries, and absolutely NOTHING works. Starting to resent the cat and causing relationship issues. At a complete loss about options. I’m at my complete wits end with my cat!!! He constantly cries. Non. Stop. We can’t take it anymore. He’s always cried a lot since he was a kitten, and he’s now 3 years old and nothing has changed. We have taken him to the vet multiple times and they can find nothing wrong with him. He’s an indoor only cat, and recently he started going outside to explore our apartment garden. He ended up running out the door one day, and since he didn’t stray far, we were giving him an hour outside each day to help burn off some energy. Now he wants to be outside constantly and will cry for literally hours when we bring him inside. He’s not one for cat toys, has never been interested in them. We have tried every single enriching activity and he does it once and never again. When we play with him (chasey or hide and seek) he’s bored after 5 mins. We tried Zylkene. We tried Feliway. Neither worked. We even trialled getting him a companion and that ended up terribly. We work from home 4 days a week and are around on the weekends. We are starting to resent him and it’s causing issues between me and my partner as we’re constantly stressed about him. We can’t give him up as pounds are full and he’ll be euthanised and none of our family members (with houses and yards) want to take him either as they don’t like him/hear horror stories from us. We’re just at a loss about our options. Videos attached is what he does all day

He’s determined that our places of learning return to being places where we can hear all sides of a debate. Nigerians always feel they know too much. This is Brahim Diaz playing a Penalty kick with his right foot and scoring against Mali in this same AFCON He's both Left and right footed like Dembele I see some persons saying he's left footed and Intentionally wanted to miss the PK that's why he used right right foot to play against Senegal. Now what do you have to say about this video ??? Same right foot. You people know nothing. The Penalty was not missed Intentionally. He just unfortunately missed it. Who no like to win Cup ?? A Cup your country has not won for about 30 years. A cup your federation and Govt has put alot of money into to host Then you feel he would just go there and miss Intentionally. You all are very disappointing to think so
