In the winter of 2021 I went on the road for 2 weeks and hit as many wrestling schools as I could. I did a seminar and then wrestled a match. Some matches were actual shows, other times it was just at the school in front of no one. I recorded the whole trip. It was one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. All things worth doing are difficult. I love y’all.

op asked about sunoo’s trip to osaka universal studios as he shared his tiktok🥺 🦊I had such a great time🥺 so when I went to Japan I arrived late at night but I had to head to Osaka early the next morning. Because of that I only slept for about two or three hours before I had to get on the Shinkansen. By the time I actually got to Universal Studios I was so exhausted that I wasn't even in my right mind🤣 But even though I was so tire I still had a blast and played as much as I could🥺

Here’s a question for the resistance training experts… Any particular benefit to occasionally doing a large number of sets of the same exercise, such as the 10 sets of 10 dips as I did Friday night? I rarely do a lot of volume, but did notice I got a great pump… And I was so distracted on my last set that I accidentally did 2 extra reps😂
