I was thinking a rich celebrity serial killer that can afford plastic surgery and uses Hollywood prosthetics to hide their identity and eventually uses other people’s actual faces, but this is good too.

Given the grounded approach of the movie, Clayface would definitely look something like this. Also he would be played by Colin Farrell covered in a 100 pounds of powder
