Matter and Mind are not separate. This may sound woo-woo but quantum physics now suggests this is true. Matter molds to the concepts of the mind. So, learning how to control the mind is the most powerful human skill.

I'm 26 I'm obsessed with spirituality and self-healing. So, I spent 1000+ hours studying how yogis, saints, and spiritual geniuses live. Here's what I found on how to heal yourself and live a fulfilling life:

Forgive everyone and everything. It's the most productive thing you will ever do.

Make peace with death: Death is the most beautiful part of life. Some teachings say death is the greatest ecstasy you can experience. - Naval

Because everything will eventually fade, love is the answer to all your problems now. When in doubt, do the loving thing.

Learn to love yourself: Love is the most productive force in the universe. Through self-love, you can accomplish more, even in the realm of business.

Realize this: God is love. The medieval notion that God lives in the sky and looks down upon us in judgment is false. God is simply the force that is beating inside your heart. Why would that force judge you, if it's living through you?

Matter and Spirit are one: Strive to be both materially and spiritually rich. Be a king of both worlds.

Learn how to meditate. It will be the most empowering skill of your entire life.
