Standing side by side while guiding the team, sharing both the responsibility and the quiet moments in between, you became someone he trusted deeply. gunwook day 3 encore full ending ment 😭 💌 🧸 i need to deliver a message so i’ll hold back a bit. okay so, time has really flown by really fast… the tour… i mean after the tour, and performing today. starting with ‘here i am’ and all the title songs.. it’s just all these songs, all these performances… it reminds me of the times we worked on all that. and all the emotions i had back then… the situation of the members. all the things we’ve said to each other… and all of that is just so… it feels it was just yesterday. and it was hard for me to hold back my emotions. but still, i held back for this performance! so i really tried to meet eyes with the members… i thought i would cry so hard if i did, unable to perform. i was just looking down at the ground. but thinking about it now, i should have just looked at them at least once more, and just gone with it. and now, since we can’t meet up as much anymore. even if it would have made me cry, i should have looked at them once more. that’s what i thought, so i have no regrets. also, yesterday i talked a bit about zerose. so, today i want to talk about the members. you could say that it’s just a coincidence that we’ve meet up but the fact that we’re come this far is destiny. and also, i think that my team means more to me than just a simple idol group relationship. i can say that with confidence. so after i debuted, the reason i didn’t feel lonely… it’s all thanks to my members. i can knock on the doors if im bored, i can text them, telling them to game with me that was what held me up for the past 3 years. also, i have a personality, i cant say i have a great personality but the members enabled me to try to work even harder on that. im so thankful for the way they helped me grow. im grateful that i have such great members and im thankful for the 8 who watched my back. im happy to have them walk before me. and also, going forward, im sure we can meet up in private too. but still, we shared so many moments on stage and that leaves regrets too. and to zerose who united 8 of us, thank you so much. i can’t talk about the past 3 years within a few minutes but it’s just … ive been grateful from the bottom of my heart. im so lucky to be a part of zb1. it was filled with beautiful moments that might never come again and the members thy made it possible ricky, taerae, hanbin, yujin, gyuvin, matthew, jiwoong. this has been zb1’s park gunwook. thank you so much for everything!

🦌 &team, right. i met up with k hyung from &team. let me tell you the story. i just parted ways with him. so, i met up with k hyung. he had told me before, "if you come to japan, hit me up. let’s grab a meal." but honestly, everyone says things like that, and actually following through to the point where you sit down and eat together isn’t that easy. you get what i mean, right? it’s kind of like when someone asks, "hey, are you going through a tough time these days?" a lot of the time, they’re not genuinely offering to sit down and listen or comfort me. most of the time, it just means they’re curious about how i’ve been and want to catch up on my life. but when i actually reached out to k hyung, he immediately said he was free today, so we went out for a meal and then stopped by a café. and honestly, it was so much fun. even though it was our first time eating together, i felt more comfortable than i do with some of my hometown friends. since he speaks korean well, it made things even easier. and as for me, i’ve learned just enough japanese to at least try and make k hyung laugh. i tried being a little playful, and luckily, k hyung laughed at my jokes. that was a relief, i would’ve been embarrassed otherwise. i laughed a lot, and k hyung did too. we ate, and since k hyung likes walking, we walked around a bit too. he started this career way earlier than i did, so he gave me some advice. but honestly… i don’t even remember what we talked about. it’s like when you meet up with an old friend and later think, "wait, what did we even talk about?" and you can’t remember anything. i was so happy. when i go to apgujeong with hanbin hyung or gunwook, i tend to say, "since we’re in apgujeong, i’ll pay." but when we go often, we just take turns paying. so when i went to apgujeong with gunwook to eat kalguksu, i was like, "i’ll pay this time, but when we go to osan, you cover it." we joke around like that. but k hyung did the same thing. seriously… k hyung was really just like me… it felt like if we met a second time, one of us might disappear, like what happens to doppelgänger or something, just way too similar. we kept talking, then went to a café and talked some more. he said he had never seen someone eat two ice creams before their meal. i had ordered them 10 minutes before k hyung arrived. i saw that the barbecue place had ice cream, so i was like, "oh? they have ice cream? well, then i gotta try it!" and i ordered two. apparently, that was a first for him. i guess it’s not something people usually do. even after the meal, i had more, and then we went to a café. k hyung was once again like, "since we’re in japan, i’ll pay." he took a regular taxi for himself, but for me, he was like, "oh, gyuvin, you’re a superstar!" and called a van. i was like, "hyung, this isn’t right. you should take this one." but he kept insisting, "just get in, get in, get in!" so yeah, we had fun and then i came back. and as soon as i got back, i turned the live. that was my day. also, i have a lot of friends now. there's younghoon hyung, jungha hyung, and of course, k hyung, hanbin hyung… of course, my members are a given. i guess i’m kind of a “insider” now, huh?

🚨BREAKING: The man shot by ICE agents in California went MISSING, after an eye witness came forward directly contradicting DHS’s version of events… And when he finally resurfaced, a judge ordered his RELEASE... only for the government immediately appealed that decision. Carlos Ivan Mendoza Hernandez, who was NOT a gang member, or murderer, as DHS claimed, was shot SIX TIMES by ICE, underwent multiple surgeries, the very next day was discharged from the hospital, and immediately taken into federal custody. And then, his own attorney could not locate him, and wasn’t given any information on his condition. Tuesday, his criminal complaint was unsealed, he went to court, and a judge ordered his release. The government then stepped in to appeal that order, and keep him detained… claiming he’s “a danger to the community if released.” Because he drove his car “close to the bodies of the ICE agents” after attempting to flee. Federal agents claim this was a “targeted stop” and that they opened fire in self-defense after he “weaponized” his car. But, a civilian witness, with dashcam footage, says something very different… and her account matches Hernandez’s. She says agents were already surrounding his car, striking his window… when a single shot rang out. The car THEN began to back up, trying to leave, and multiple shots followed in rapid succession. He did not try to hit agents with his car… he only reversed AFTER a gun was fired at him. And in the video, you can see the agent does, in fact, have his gun pulled, aiming at Hernandez, before he reverses. Hernandez told his attorney the same thing from his hospital bed… that he pulled over, handed over his license, asked to call his wife… an agents fired their weapon, and THEN he drove away in fear. Two separate accounts. Same sequence. ICE shoots first… then claims self-defense. The witness also says agents were pointing guns into active traffic, at random cars, putting everyone on that road at risk… Again, showing that ICE agents are the real danger to communities. But, what makes this more alarming is the custody timeline… Hernandez was shot, hospitalized, transferred into federal custody, disappeared from contact with his attorney, then reappeared in court where a judge ordered his release, only for the government to immediately appeal and continue fighting his detention. That raises serious questions about due process, and transparency in federal custody, after a use-of-force incident. Because at every stage, the “facts” being asserted by DHS are being directly challenged by eyewitness accounts, physical footage, and now, even the procedural outcome in court.

Carlos Ivan Mendoza Hernandez, who was NOT a gang member, or murderer, as DHS claimed, was shot SIX TIMES by ICE, underwent multiple surgeries, the very next day was discharged from the hospital, and immediately taken into federal custody. And then, his own attorney could not locate him, and wasn’t given any information on his condition. Tuesday, his criminal complaint was unsealed, he went to court, and a judge ordered his release. The government then stepped in to appeal that order, and keep him detained… claiming he’s “a danger to the community if released.” Because he drove his car “close to the bodies of the ICE agents” after attempting to flee. Federal agents claim this was a “targeted stop” and that they opened fire in self-defense after he “weaponized” his car. But, a civilian witness, with dashcam footage, says something very different… and her account matches Hernandez’s. She says agents were already surrounding his car, striking his window… when a single shot rang out. The car THEN began to back up, trying to leave, and multiple shots followed in rapid succession. He did not try to hit agents with his car… he only reversed AFTER a gun was fired at him. And in the video, you can see the agent does, in fact, have his gun pulled, aiming at Hernandez, before he reverses. Hernandez told his attorney the same thing from his hospital bed… that he pulled over, handed over his license, asked to call his wife… an agents fired their weapon, and THEN he drove away in fear. Two separate accounts. Same sequence. ICE shoots first… then claims self-defense. The witness also says agents were pointing guns into active traffic, at random cars, putting everyone on that road at risk… Again, showing that ICE agents are the real danger to communities. But, what makes this more alarming is the custody timeline… Hernandez was shot, hospitalized, transferred into federal custody, disappeared from contact with his attorney, then reappeared in court where a judge ordered his release, only for the government to immediately appeal and continue fighting his detention. That raises serious questions about due process, and transparency in federal custody, after a use-of-force incident. Because at every stage, the “facts” being asserted by DHS are being directly challenged by eyewitness accounts, physical footage, and now, even the procedural outcome in court.

✅ Flew my first REAL plane yesterday It was a birthday gift by my gf and friends :D I think I flew Flight Simulator 1000x's of times and I don't really wanna be the guy on the couch with his flight sim game, I wanna be the guy in IRL doing the actual thing: So yesterday I flew a Cessna 172, I told the instructor I flew Flight Simulator, so he told me "ok then you'll fly the plane" I 100% thought he was joking but then we're at take off, he puts the throttle on and he says "now you're flying" and I took off 😂 He let me fly the whole flight except of course landing and ofc he controlled important stuff like rudder, and did the radio talking to ATC, best way to learn is just diving into the water like immersion so I loved it (but was scary :P) Everyone asked me: HOW is IRL flying different than Flight Simulator (FS) and I'd say FS is only 20% of the real experience: 80% of the experience of flying is you're sitting in a big loud aluminum box with a propeller that even on a sunny day quite violently shakes up, down, left and right and your job is to keep it somewhat stable at the right altitude and on course to wherever you wanna fly, and you feel everything. When you play FS you feel nothing cause you're sitting on the couch :D The 20% of FS is the same though, the cockpit and the environment is just really accurate in Flight Simulator 2020 these days, everything DOES work exactly the same, even the onboard Garmin computer etc. So I think FS does help if you're learning to fly, for ex to practice a landing runway you're going to fly to IRL soon and getting a sense of the environment (like mountains etc) MOST surprising to me was the yoke (like the steering wheel) which feels completely different than if you play FS: a game controller thumb stick or joystick is easy to move, while a Cessna yoke is directly tied with cables to the ailerons (to roll the plane left or right) and elevators (to pitch the plane up or down) and it takes strength to actually move it, I dumbly thought it'd feel loose and easy to steer Which is a good thing because if it was too loose you'd fly like a crazy person, instead you're supposed to kinda nudge the yoke left right up and down to change the plane's course! The best part is just that flying is magical esp when you control the plane. You do feel like a bird high in the skies and it's just a completely different vibe being up there than down on the ground. Especially since you fly much lower than commercial jets. You can actually see the houses and cliffs and beaches etc. up close. Anyway really cool and I def gonna get private pilot license now I think, Portugal has relatively great mild sunny weather for flying in terms of safety, and if shit goes wrong you can ditch in to the water (although that's not easy but ok)

I’d break the Zlatan issue for many people including yourself. Narratives have traveled and I’ve come to conclude that many of you don’t even know what happened with Zlatan at Barcelona. Zlatan’s major issue was with Pep, he had no single issue with Messi, none. Till date, he maintains that beef with Pep. On Piers Morgan, Zlatan said the mistake he did when he got to Barcelona was trying to fit in. He got off a wrong start with Pep because he drove a Ferrari to training. In his words, he said Pep told him that, in this place, players don’t drive a Ferrari. Zlatan said he didn’t drive his car for 7-8 months just to please Pep and try to fit in, which was his biggest regret. Zlatan said he wasn’t performing and went to see Pep in his office. Firstly he went to meet the higher people up there in the hierarchy, but they told him that they can’t interfere and he should speak to Pep himself. He went to meet Pep and told him that the new formation does not favor him. By the way, this is absolutely normal. I have attacked a video to Salah talking with Slot. In fact, you could hear Salah towards the end of that video say he was going to speak to Slot so they could change formations. This is normal in professional football. Players speak to their coaches, especially the big players. Zlatan said the formation does not give him more freedom and it won’t get the best out of him. So when I got it I had to tweak it to get him to that tempo, but still keep him in the same tone of voice. You can do that with technology. So I had to keep him in the same key. He was at a 100 rpm, but it was 107, so that’s a big step. So I stay tuned in the same zero note that he pulled, sped it up, and it matched. Eruption - Van Halen - Violin Cover by Nina D My journey to learn Eruption began a few years ago, when I only had access to a 5-string fretless violin. I learned a small bit of it, and quickly realized that I would need to compromise the octave range, and the finger tapping in order to perform it. There are a few covers out there of violinists doing just that, and they are very impressive. Anyone who knows me, knows that I did not want to do that. I wanted to sound like Eddie. Thus began my journey with the 7-string fretted violin. Pretty much the entire reason for having this instrument custom-made (thanks Wood Violins crew!) was to see if I could play Eruption. At the time of purchase, I wasn’t even sure if it would be physically possible to do the finger tapping, even with the new instrument. Upon its arrival, my first task was to learn how to play the darn thing- it’s like a completely different instrument, the neck is huge, I am tiny, and the low strings are super thick. (I also had to buy a special bow to properly play it). If your bow arm falters by a millimeter, you will hit the surrounding strings. Once I had this part somewhat down, I knew I had to dive into the hardest part right away- to answer the question, “but will it tap?” I began with transcribing this beast of a solo into notation. If you play guitar, and you want to learn how to play pretty much anything, you can go to YouTube and find slow note for note tutorials on EXACTLY how to do so. This doesn’t exist for trying to translate guitar things to a violin. You’re on your own. I tried it out with my normal rig. Pretty much dead sound. Nothing happening but noise. I had a few ideas for specialty pedals. Since you can’t really go to the store and try pedals any more, I bought one, it didn’t work, shipped it back, bought a different one, didn’t work, shipped it back, etc. ad nauseam. Months went by. It seemed for every step forward I took in achieving this technique, I took two steps back with new problems. For months, my poor family listened to what sounded like a train wreck falling on top of a car wreck falling off the Empire State Building. Brody even said to me, “it ain’t gonna happen.” So I locked myself away until it did. I struggled and fought the limitations of the instrument. I had some hard practice days, but the best motivation for me is “it can’t be done.” It took a combination of newly learned left and right hand technique, played precisely, practiced slowly for clarity, FOREVER to even make the right sound. The spaces that you need to hit, quickly, on a fretted violin are much smaller than that of a guitar. I tweaked the effect chain and technique right up until the 11th hour on the very final day of doing this. One day near the end of it, I was practicing in the studio and Brody was taking a shower. When he got out, he said to me he thought I was playing the recording of Van Halen. That was my breakthrough day. I knew I was close. I haven’t worked this hard since my masters recital on classical violin. I’ve ripped up my fingers to shreds, they bled, they blistered. Eddie Van Halen was in a class all of his own. His sound, technique, rhythm, and musicality changed the game for all guitarists (and this electric violinist) that followed. I am a far better performer, a far better violinist, with a much larger range of abilities, thanks to the months (or years) I put into dissecting his style and taking the time to do this on a violin as close to how he did it (so effortlessly) on a guitar as possible. The Reason Arunachal Pradesh is Still on India’s Map. Meet the "One Man Army" who refused to retreat when his commanders gave up hope. In the freezing heights of Arunachal, 10,000 feet above sea level, there is a soldier who has been on duty for 63 years. He is not a myth. Meet Rifleman Jaswant Singh Rawat, the one-man army India forgot. 1. The Dark Winter of 1962 It was November 1962. The Sino-Indian war was nearing its end. The Chinese PLA was advancing rapidly, crushing Indian defenses. The 4th Garhwal Rifles were ordered to retreat from Nuranang due to a lack of ammunition and manpower. But Jaswant refused-"I will not retreat. I will fight." Armed with just an LMG (Light Machine Gun), he stayed back at his post while his unit withdrew. What happened next is the stuff of legends. 2. The 72-Hour Standoff Jaswant Singh Rawat didn't just stay back; he decided to wage a psychological war. He knew he couldn't fight a battalion alone, so he created an illusion. For THREE DAYS, Rifleman Jaswant held his position against waves of Chinese soldiers. He used guerrilla tactics, changing positions, creating the illusion of multiple soldiers firing from different locations. The Chinese thought they were facing an entire battalion. They halted their advance, terrified of the "heavy resistance." 3. The Unsung Sisters: Sela and Nura He wasn't entirely alone. Two local Monpa girls, Sela and Nura, risked their lives to help him. They supplied him with food and ammunition, running through the crossfire. They helped him change positions, keeping the illusion alive for three days and three nights. Together, they held back an entire Chinese division. 4. The Betrayal and The End The Chinese were baffled. How could a few men stop an army? Tragically, a local supplier betrayed Jaswant’s position. The Chinese realized they were fighting just one man. They launched a final, massive assault. Sela died in a grenade burst. Nura was captured. Realizing he was surrounded and refusing to be taken prisoner, Jaswant used his last bullet. He shot himself in the head. 5. The Enemy's Salute When the Chinese Commander found Jaswant’s body, he couldn't believe it. One man. 300 Chinese casualties. 72 hours. Out of anger, they severed his head and took it to China. But after the ceasefire, impressed by his superhuman bravery, the Chinese returned his head along with a brass bust of him, a rare mark of honor from an enemy. 6. The Soldier Who Never Died Here is where history ends, and the Legend begins. Cole Caufield’s first moments in the NHL: “When I got called up at the end of the 2021 regular season, I didn’t even think I was going to play. We were on a road trip out west, and I was just along for the ride. Healthy scratch. Get acclimated. Practice with the guys. And man, those were some guys. Shea Weber. Carey Price. Eric Staal. Corey Perry. Tyler Toffoli. I was coming into that room probably looking like the water boy. I couldn’t have been more starstruck. We’re at a morning skate in Calgary, and it was a bag skate, of course. I’m thinking I’m going back to the hotel for a nice nap, throw on the suit, sit up in the press box and have a Gatorade. We’re on the bus and somebody tells me, ‘Hey, you’re playing tonight.’ I thought they were joking. I said, ‘Oh my God, we just bag skated. I’m toast.’ I called my parents and my brother, and that was an awesome moment, just them getting choked up and saying, ‘We’ll be watching you on TV.’ That was the hardest nap of my life. #IronyWritLargeAndLies Zimbabwean President Emmerson Mnangagwa's former adviser Trevor Ncube, a local media publisher who owns Alpha Media Holdings (AMH) with the President's son-in-law Gerald Mlotshwa, has raised new controversy with fresh attacks on main opposition CCC leader Nelson Chamisa whom he says does not listen to anybody. Ncube has been consistently lambasting Chamisa calling him all sorts of names, going as far as insinuating he is a tribalist and dictator, but the CCC leader typically does not reply. Ncube owns AMH, publishers of NewsDay, Zimbabwe Independent, The Standard and online broadcasting platform Heart & Soul. NewsDay and Heart & Soul are names of Ncube's media platforms derived from BBC programmes. Although he postures as a neutral political observer who only wants to fix Zimbabwe's problems, Ncube - who behaves as if he has a God-ordained mission to do that - is actually a partisan political player operating in the dark shadows and an opportunist who hops from one party to another. He has been all over the place politically - from Zapu to MDC, then Mavambo/Kusile/Dawn, Alliance for People's Agenda (APA) and most recently Zanu PF by association. He is also a longtime Mnangagwa ally. Ncube's politics is not based on discernible ideological and policy ideation, values and principles, but opportunism and self-interest. He is also not principled. For instance, Ncube just went AWOL (Absent Without Official Leave) in 2017 when he was APA chair only to emerge as Mnangagwa’s adviser after the November 2017 coup without even officially resigning from his party. Ncube joined Mnangagwa’s coup project and became its media mouthpiece in a bid to revive his faltering publishing business interests after losing control of the Mail & Guardin in South Africa. He wanted radio and television licences to expand his media interests, while repaying a US$2 million debt to the Media Development Investment Fund, an American fund which provides debt and equity finance for independent media in countries where access to reliable news and information is under threat. APA had been formed in June 2017, with prominent business executive and academic Nkosana Moyo as the leader. Ncube's jumping ship and joining the coup gravy train led to Moyo to reflect and tellingly say that he had sadly come to realise that some Zimbabweans are not fighting to change the system, but to be part of it. Ncube went on to become a vocal and enthusiastic member of Mnangagwa’s Presidential Advisory Council (PAC) in his ill-fated political adventure. Ironically, Ncube keeps on complaining about Chamisa not taking his advice when he was Mnangagwa’s adviser. Ncube says Chamisa does not listen and repeatedly keeps on referring to a photo he took with him seven years ago as evidence of their meetings to discuss local political issues, justifying his conclusion and attacks on the CCC leader on the basis of one interaction seven years ago. However, The NewsHawks has checked the facts and found out that Ncube is conveniently manipulating one meeting he had with Chamisa in 2016 to make it appear as if they have been meeting when Chamisa was already a party political leader in the context of what is currently happening in Zimbabwe. A Chamisa adviser told The NewsHawks: "We have seen the video and remarks by Mr Trevor Ncube in which he attacks our leader Nelson Chamisa and says all sorts of things about him. We have no problem with Ncube or anyone for that matter legitimately criticising Chamisa as a leader, a hugely popular one at that. Ncube has a constitutional and legitimate right to criticise him and other political leaders. That's what should happen in a democracy. "However, Ncube must stop crudely misrepresenting and manipulating one meeting he had with Chamisa seven years ago for cheap political capital, publicity and relevance. In fact, he must stop lying about it. We have kept quiet throughout his lies and drama for far too long. I think we now need to set the record straight in the public interest and stop this charade. Ncube invited Chamisa to his office in Graniteside, Harare, where AMH operates from on 5 August 2016 to discuss local political issues, including the formation of APA. Ncube wanted Chamisa to be part of that process led by Nkosana Moyo. At that meeting Ncube told Chamisa that he had held many consultative meetings in Zimbabwe and South Africa on the APA project, which he claimed was supported by telecoms mogul Strive Masiyiwa and many other prominent business people, some of whom ended up with him as Mnangagwa's advisers. "At the time, Chamisa had just been appointed one of the three vice-presidents of the MDC-T by the late Morgan Tsvangirai the month before, that is in July 2016. So he was not the leader of the MDC-T at that time and didn't even know one day he will lead the party. In that meeting, Chamisa told Ncube upfront that while he appreciated the invitation to join APA he was not able to do so because he wanted to help Tsvangirai rejuvenate the MDC-T post the 2013 elections and prepare for the 2018 elections. So Chamisa politely declined Ncube's offer to join APA. The idea was to use Chamisa's growing social base to back Moyo as APA leader in his presidential election bid in 2018. "The meeting, which ran for close to two hours from around 9am to just before 11am (that photo was taken at that time), ended on a somewhat sour note with fake smiles because Chamisa had rejected the APA invitation, saying he is a loyal MDC-T member and one of the leaders. Interestingly, it ended with a prayer. "Ncube gave Chamisa a book by Harvard Business School professor Bill George with Peter Sims titled True North, which is about leadership. Since then, Ncube has not spoken to Chamisa, not even once, except on 14 July 2021 when he sent a condolence message to him after a family bereavement. So Ncube is lying that he has engaged Chamisa on political issues and he doesn't listen. There is no such thing; it's just a needless malicious campaign and posturing. Chamisa talks to many people and takes ideas and proposals from them. He implements what is strategic and practical for the CCC given political conditions and circumstances. The claim that Chamisa doesn't listen, does not have structures, works alone and is a dictator is nonsense. He is a democratic leader who believes change can only be secured through democratic elections. Some may not like his style, but that is normal in politics. There is a difference between style, strategy and substance. In any case, why should Chamisa listen to advice coming from his rival's advisers? Ncube is a known Mnangagwa ally and now he works with his son-in-law at his media business. So why on earth would Chamisa listen to advice from that sort of a dishonest person who even lies about a meeting held seven years ago in a totally different setting, time and space? That's ridiculous. Let's must learn to discuss ideas, not people and events; this noisy mediocrity which pervades our polity masquerading as insightful leading lights of our politics is now part of the problem rather than the solution. He has his own system and team that he works with. It's ridiculous to suggest that Chamisa won 44% of the vote going by official results, which we reject as a fraud, and all those seats in parliament alone. How is that possible really? Is he superhuman? He works with others, but it is also true that other people are not happy. That's what happens in politics. He is also fully aware of critical issues that he needs to address urgently, that is the limitations and weaknesses from a political, structural, organisational and strategic point of view. Chamisa welcomes ideas and criticism from well-meaning people, not some malicious malcontents and bullies. He is a bona fide opposition leader who genuinely wants a solution to the country's problems and he is open to working with other people who seriously want to resolve national issues, not noise-makers and impostors. It's time we challenge these false and negative narratives by people who are more opposed to the opposition than the ruling party. Chamisa is an opposition leader trying to help a find a solution to our country's problems, he is not the leader of the country and the problem. He is the alternative to a failed leadership and its policies that have ruined the country with devastation consequences for all, especially the poor and vulnerable. He may have his own weaknesses like all of us, but he is the best alternative at the moment. Anything else is just mere wishful thinking and drama."

My mom went through something heartbreakingly similar with me and my younger brother. With me, it was classic colic — that endless, inconsolable crying that makes you question everything. With my little brother, it turned out he was literally starving. He simply wasn’t getting enough from formula alone. My mom added cereal to his bottle (a full year ahead of what was considered the “normal” schedule back then), and the crying stopped almost immediately.
