What an incredible weekend in Dallas. Oklahoma Football Texas Football lived up to the hype. This is a compilation my son @jake_herbie02 took from the set w/ Matthew McConaughey through the crowd to the set and with my guy Pat McAfee at his FG contestant (who came so close) on the actual field for the attempt to LC’s headgear pick (Wrong!!) to us getting IMMEDIATELY up to the booth for a Noon ET kick. Thanks to everyone who helped me execute this plan, especially Kinley and Deron for leading the way! Never take these weekends for granted. Blessed.

A man finished a $130 meal and drinks at an airport restaurant and refused to pay. He claimed he had already paid with a credit card and insisted staff were wrong. Officers arrived and found no receipt or proof of payment. He argued loudly, cited his veteran status, showed receipts from other bars instead, and repeatedly refused to settle the bill while escalating the confrontation. Staff confirmed he had not paid. Despite multiple chances to resolve it peacefully, he continued arguing and resisting cooperation. He was detained by Dallas Fort Worth Airport Police after the prolonged refusal.

Matthew McConaughey spoke with showrunner Nic Pizzolatto to argue for a different ending. He felt it was more powerful for Rust, after being ready to die throughout the entire series, to finally have a reason to keep living.
