In another universe, maybe side by side in orbit, Matthew Sweet was a universally adored rock star. Girlfriend is a prefect record and this song just rocks. Love it so much. Cheers

Still wish Sweet would have accepted being part of the big star reunion. Auer and Stringfellow of the Posies were great, but there's someting about Sweet stepping into Chris Bell's spot... Just made so much sense.

Robert Quine and Richard Lloyd were responsible for some of the most righteous rock guitar playing of that era on those first few albums.
