She confounds university *policy* with criminal prosecution of “hate speech”. She confounds “hate” *crime* with “hate *speech*”. And she actually contradicts herself by specifically acknowledging how Charlie Kirk’s political messaging was seen as “obscene” to others. Nobody wants the government prosecution of “hate speech”. They were happy to hear the news of Charlie Kirk’s death and can be heard clapping and cheering before passing the news to Harvey Levin, who was hosting the stream.
