Sometimes the most valuable thing you can give is your time and today i went back to my old school Malvern for there amazing yearly event Malfest .... I loved my days at Malvern Primary School and its nice to give something back, help them raise money , see so many mums dads nans grandads and the kids all raving away Most importantly though it makes me feel good and it sends out all the positive happy loving caring energy that i want to come back to me ... Believe me this is so important. Sometimes its easy to fall into negative blame and complain mode whether thats in your actions, the way you speak or what your posting online but thats all i will get back in return if i live that way. The one person you speak to the most is yourself , make them conversations nice positive caring ones. Send out the energy that you want to come back to you Hope everyone enjoyed it today xxxx

It’s that for the first time in your life, the country is on your side. You spend 30 years in the West being treated like a suspect. Your bank watches you. Your government taxes you and resents you for earning it. The news tells you that wanting to be successful makes you the problem. Then you land here and something flips. The bank wants your business. The government wants you to build. Nobody looks at your wealth like you stole it. Nobody makes you apologize for working hard. You don’t realize how heavy that weight was until somebody takes it off your back. That’s the part the haters will never understand. They think people move here to dodge a tax bill. People actually move here to stop feeling like a criminal for doing well. 🇦🇪
