Max Scherzer was irate after Jesus Sanchez failed to catch this fly ball

When he started running, I thought for a second Mad Max was running out to left field to kick Sanchez's ass. Sanchez sucks, and shouldn’t be in the majors.

Sanchez has been a major liability in the field this year. He single handedly cut his availability in half after today.

He should’ve caught that it’s an error Blue Jays would’ve won the game.

I see a lot of people bashing Max They are down 1. Bases are loaded. With this mistake, he has to pitch to a .309 lead off (Simpson gets an RBI). All while they are battling for a Wild Card spot. Complete understandable. That’s the win right there.

Just a horrible mistake by Sanchez. He lost us a very winnable game.

Sanchez looked like he read it off the bat and gave all impression that he!was gonna make a routine catch but it seems like his brains stalled out right until it landed beside him….

Max can’t load up the bases with no outs and get mad because they score.

And that was after the first missed ball resulting in a ground rule double in the first directly resulting in another run. Sanchez has no business being in a major league outfield, he’s terrible.

The ground rule double did not hit anything. It was a routine fly ball that Sanchez lost track of. He has the yips.

Honestly, don’t know how anyone catches a baseball inside the dome. Can’t see the thing at all with the roof there. Hasn’t been the first time and won’t be the last.
