We definitely need a robust career system in Starfield, like the Bounty Hunter but better. Careers like Asteroid Miner, Freight Transporter, Taxi Driver, Medic, Armed Escort, etc, with a reputation system, dedicated rewards, and progression with RPG elements like new skill trees.

I've got Outposts under control. What I really want is large producer contracts. I can meet 10k+ for common resources but the ship builders and mission boards only go up to 5k and I'll have a surplus if I don't sell to the smaller vendors. Which is very cumbersome.
