If you break down the video and look closely at the footage, it's clear the woman was trying to hit the ICE officer and did ram him with her car. Look at the way she turns her tires and how she accelerates towards the officer. For what specific reason we'll never know because she is dead, but you do not get to obstruct law enforcement, refuse to comply, and try to ram an officer while driving away without facing any consequences. The irony of it all is that is that she was trying to kill someone responsible for arresting the very people that are stealing from her.
