May God Bless our troops. The person that shot this video doesn't understand lighting and perspective. One side of his face is totally dark and the angles makes it seem like the COAS is talking to a few men sitting around his table instead of addressing all the officers watching the video. Also, it won't hurt to have his name come up as lower third on the video once or twice.
