Hard to find a traffic officer who doesn’t want money. I have personally never met or seen one.

I've met very good traffic officers along Gayaza road. One got me with a worn out tire and took time to explain the implications to me. I was delaying to change the tire because I thought I was broke but the next day I prioritized it.
