Maybe God made animals silent so we could learn that love is shown through actions, not words

@catshealdeprsn ...who told you they were silent? 😂

@catshealdeprsn Also love

@catshealdeprsn If that’s true, then God must have made birds so we could learn patience because those feathered balls of noise are the furthest thing from silent. 😂 Take it from a bird lover who has owned a cockatoo as a pet before. They’re lovable but VERY LOUD.

@catshealdeprsn In Genesis, they made no big deal about a snake talking. Makes me think animals used to be able to talk. CS Lewis pondered that maybe one of our purses here on earth was to tame the animals. Maybe then they could talk. Boy did we blow that one.

@catshealdeprsn then why do mine be sassin me every which way

@catshealdeprsn Funny how animals understand what we say to them but we can't understand what they are saying. It be great if we did.

@catshealdeprsn All animal species have their own language. If we are quiet and pay attention long enough. We can begin to understand them.

@catshealdeprsn In Zen, performing an action is likened to speaking the truth.
