@ChicagosMayor I was surprised to learn 40% of childbirths in America are funded by Medicaid. Removing 880 billion dollars from it would stop funding for childbirth leading to millions, fearing severe debt, decide to abort. Republicans are NOT PRO-LIFE but Democrats help couples have children.
