Mayor Brandon Johnson says he still believes Chicago is the best place for the Bears and that Indiana can’t compete. He says he previously proposed that the Bears pay for 72% of a new stadium that would then be owned by the public. Why would the Bears ever consider that? Especially in a city like Chicago that has more hom*cides than any other city in the US, run by a mayor who had the worst approval rating of any mayor in US history.
