Well, police car do park there almost everyday, we'll not sure what are they doing there but I see them almost everyday.

The PA did the same thing with the border and won voters. He's definitely addressing a real fact, and the mayor's responses will say a lot. The mayor can do a walkabout today and arrest people, but tomorrow and next week it becomes an operational logistical issue for JMPD and SAPS, both of which are equally under capacitated.
