Mayor Mamdani started his interview on Sunday saying he’d need multiple terms to keep his campaign promises. 😂🤣😂🤣😂 He then proudly said he’s using NYC’s reserve cushion to bridge the huge budget gap. The reason there’s such a huge budget gap is because NYC has wasted many billions on handouts for illegals over past years. Of course you won’t ever hear Mamdani mention the illegals other than to protect them and give them more handouts. NYC’s reserve cushion is projected to drop from nearly $11 billion at the end of FY 2025 to $6.5 billion by the end of FY 2026. Mamdani is making NYC financially frail in order to continue pandering to illegals. NYC has already recorded close to $1 billion in expenditures for illegals in FY 2026. The total spent by NYC on illegals for FY 2026 is projected to be $1.5 billion, but that could certainly be higher. The total cumulative spending on illegals by NYC from 2023 through mid-2026 is estimated to be over $9 billion. So not only does Mamdani want to continue spending billions bankrolling illegals, but he wants to provide more “free” services to everyone and make the rich pay for it. Mamdani is so stupid that he actually thinks the rich will stick around and just fork over the money. They won’t. They’ll leave. They’re already leaving. Especially since Mamdani also proudly boasts his pied-à-terre tax. Rich people will now gladly sell their second homes in NYC even if that means doing so during the less desirable real estate market Mamdani is creating. It’s not worth keeping these homes anymore with taxes increasing and the tax revenue being wasted. So that $500 million Mamdani says he’ll be getting yearly is a lie. The pied-à-terre tax will actually end up losing NYC tax revenue. Also, the subway tunnels, elevated tracks, bridges and even the sewer systems are all ancient in NYC. This infrastructure collapse is one huge thing nobody is talking about. All these elements are going to need to be repaired and replaced soon. There’s no way NYC will have the money to do that under Mamdani’s socialism—even with subsidies from the state and federal governments. Especially since Mamdani is scaring off huge chunks of tax revenue while wasting the revenue that’s coming in. Bottom line, NYC is collapsing just like any city led by Democrats who pander to illegals. He doesn’t want to cut spending—like the billions wasted harboring illegals—he wants to make wealthy people pay for these foreign criminals. He then tells a story (likely made up) about a rich person who said they’d pay the extra 2% instead of leaving. Rich people will undoubtedly leave if taxes are raised. Many have already started to. He basically said he doesn’t care and that his plan will raise $500 million a year for socialist policies and other things. China now has the problem where it doesn't have enough unrecycled garbage for all the waste-to-energy plant that came up recently. Ppl are digging up old buried trash & buying them. AI finds all the garbage w/ value & separate them. It does this job far more efficiently & better than human workers. Remaining trash is burnt up for power & sent them to flying ash treatment. Over time, waste separating center will be able to find use for greater % of waste -> less left for burning. All the old buried trash will eventually be used up. And then, China's overcapacity in trash treatment can finally result in some plant closures.

His gaslighting on his key promises is such blatant baloney and so easy to debunk: 1. Universal Child Care - He did it for 2,000 two-year-olds (illegals eligible). The budget can’t support all children and never will. He’s also scaring away tax revenue by his threats to raise taxes. 2. Rent Freeze - Mamdani admits he doesn’t control that; it’s up to an independent board. And if it did pass, it would ruin rentals as landlords would refuse to rent at a loss and inventory would collapse. 3. Free Buses - They’re actually more expensive now than when he took office. If Hochul raises taxes to pay for them, then she’ll lose her reelection. Socialism will never work. It never has because it removes all incentive to work hard and succeed. If they get government run stores & SNAP, then that’s double-dipping in my humble opinion. Zohran Mamdani believes his Aunt was the “real victim” of 9/11 because people looked at her weird for wearing a hijab. Give me a break , I just found out she wasn’t even in New York! Vote for Andrew Cuomo today as NYC mayor. Do it knowing that he will likely lose. You will have done your part and then you can blame Mamdani and his supporters when NYC collapses under socialism. If I still lived in NYC I’d vote for Cuomo. Miracles can happen. Then focus on electing Elise Stefanik as New York governor in 2026. A poll from the Manhattan Institute released last Tuesday has Stefanik up 43-42 over Hochul. So with Stefanik as governor and Trump as president, NYC can be controlled and defunded so that socialism is contained within its borders. Remember too that since Mamdani was born in Uganda, he can never be president. He’s already limited. NYC is likely a lost cause for the next four years. But the damage can and will be mitigated. Republicans have gained 2.4 million registered voters nationwide from 2020 to 2024. Democrats lost 2.1 million. Keep that trend going. There will be losses along the way, but MAGA is on track to have a dominating control of the country forever if we want it. That’s actually why the Democrat Party has become so extreme. Gov. Kathy Hochul just broke her promise not to raise taxes in New York, even while an exodus continues. Mayor Mamdani explained on Wednesday that Hochul and he want to implement an added tax on second homes worth over $5 million in New York City. Mamdani gaslights and says this won’t result in rich people leaving NYC. There has already been an exodus from NY and NYC of rich people to lower-tax states like Florida. The reason there has still been an increase in millionaires in NYC is because of booming financial and tech markets and people parking money in real estate.
