I don’t know the facts of his matter but I appreciate his frustration. You might actually find the problem is in their “we-shall-respond-when-we-shall” (in a Kenyiiaan agcent) customer relationship approach. Sometimes a customer has one option left. I did something like this with another bank - I paid for a flight ticket but the funds didn’t leave the bank, didn’t reach the airline but somehow left my account 🤣🤣🤣. I missed a very important work trip. No one was committing to help. Sometimes that’s all a customer needs. @UgEquityBank please intervene asap - this isn’t good for business in our already tough market. Focus on solving the problem, faster.
