Yes, he did ultimately return to the podium and declare he was “fine.” And asked if he was able to still do his job as minority leader, he responded “yes.” This doesn’t make me any less concerned for his health. I hope he gets the medical attention he needs.

Wasn't he recently in the hospital for something? This isn't good, even if it was a mini-stroke or something else. All politics aside, it's time for him to retire for his own health.

I think he has had a series of strokes. Pallor is getting worse, movements are really unsteady.
