Kinda confuse here. Whose side are we supposed to be on? I mean, the woman was right about the closing hour, if it said 8, then its wrong for the shop to close before that. Right? and the woman talking in normal tone. Or theres another story outside what the video showed? 🤷🏻‍♂️

What did the customer do that brought that mistreatment from the staff? It is not okay for the store to close before the posted hours and the staff should be apologetic and bring out the manager.
