This Barista was serving her customer, business as usual that came thru the drive thru at 2am. He paid for his drink with his credit card, then decided to try and get some extra for his money. He tried to pull her through the drive thru window... Ezekiel Guerrero, 19, attempted to abducted the young lady, and failed.. Police quickly tracked him down since he paid with his credit card. Trial is still ongoing, and he is out on Personal Bond, after a first degree attempted kidnapping charge. Insane...

When he checks his receipt, he finds the location added themselves on a tip It’s a foreigner at the drive thru who speaks broken English, he says the customer can’t film the interaction At first the employees ignore him, but after he refuses to move from the drive thru the employee is forced to speak with him He says he will now be always asking for receipts and checking everywhere he goes. He doesn’t mind giving tips, but you can’t just take a tip without asking the customer This is illegal and is charged as “theft” In Indiana because it’s under $750, this would be a Class A misdemeanor and the employees who are adding tips without customer authorization can get up to 1 year in jail and a fine up to $5,000
