California law is so insane that almost everything requires this label.

It's in all browned food, even the one you make at home. The browning, the so called Maillard reaction, creates these chimicals. It's mostly acrylamide. If you want a healthier lifestyle: Avoid all browned food. (But that's kinda boring...)
