100000% agrees with this. Really need the villain/hero aspect back in the community. I think @sebatronb1 said it too, trash talk during the game and it’s nothing PERSONAL. Just highest level of competition and fun! This is coming from a guy who truly enjoys the sport

Kinda changed my mind with the auto bids.. I thought they should be there but with only 8 spots.. and taking 4 of them is too much. If your going to have auto bids you need to have a bigger league. 8 spots is too little to be giving 4 away for free

All excellent points. The trash talk is a staple in competitive Madden! Then you see who can really keep their composure. And I’m sick of hearing the commenting crew. We hear more about drops and dump truck then the game!! Focus more on game situational awareness.

EA had a really strong production team over 5 years and guess what, it didn’t blow madden up. No one who doesn’t play MUT cares about these broadcasts. EA knows this, and they have no incentive to spend millions on production any more because they make just as much money without doing so. Madden community is gonna have to find a way for pros to be a part of something that can bring in the interest of millions of viewers and the tournament format has never been it. To the average viewer it’s just the same roster/plays vs the same roster/plays … who takes interest in this? Well for 2 years about 45k at most the past 2 years. What does this tell you? Production is bad or product is bad?

Similar to the bs Muthead pulled years ago with bringing people who were "good" the year before in tournaments or whatever, I don't remember, I got into with Rocketz on there. The way EA handles competitive Madden is so lacking. Nothing like the Early 2000s
