Looks like the Hee Haw set which means my father was most likely the camera man with the front, center shot. He was probably behind a camera for any of the Nashville studio clips you post. I love your content - always reminds me of my dad.

_ Never heard Waylon's version of this somehow. Just checked and there is a studio version (released 1973, but recorded a full year earlier) but this live take is much better (better pedal-steel on this one too). Thanks

The album cut of this song has one of the best, most creative bass lines in any Waylon song. (Waylon's music is not known for its creative bass lines.)
