Looks like the Hee Haw set which means my father was most likely the camera man with the front, center shot. He was probably behind a camera for any of the Nashville studio clips you post. I love your content - always reminds me of my dad.

_ Never heard Waylon's version of this somehow. Just checked and there is a studio version (released 1973, but recorded a full year earlier) but this live take is much better (better pedal-steel on this one too). Thanks

Wow! Thanks for sharing this gem. First time seeing it - I love the 1972 Grateful Dead versions, but this might top those. Love the bluegrass style pickings at the end.
