Meaningful action on climate change isn’t optional. Climate change is already a reality, and it's already impacting how we live our daily lives. I fought hard to make sure that the government’s 43% reduction target by 2030 was a floor, not a ceiling on our emissions reductions. Any backsliding... show more

Our economy is basically propped up entirely by mining coal and gas and exporting it overseas to burn as fuel for electricity, yet WE as a nation have to go full carbon neutral and ruin the quality of life for ALL of our citizens? Do you think we are stupid?! If Australia was to stop all CO2 emissions tomorrow, how much exactly would global warming be reduced by? Id like some exact numbers, no use bankrupting our citizens on 'models' and 'best estimates'. Be specific please.

😂😂 trying to keep the boss man Simon Says happy again.

The Sun drives the temperature. Not cow burps, planes, trains, cars, shipping lanes. Also the volcanos in the ocean, heat the ocean. Which decreases the waters ability to dissolve gasses. The gasses come out of water when the temp goes up. That's real science.

Yeah, about that Net Zero scam for weak leftard votes, it's over. Didn't you get the Memo?

Climate change is a scam ! Stop with your utter BS!

Cool, let's get base load nuclear then. Let's cut gas power generation and run a purely carbon-free energy system made up of renewables and nuclear.

I'm interested in understanding what you think we will achieve by meeting your "goals"? What impact do you think this will have on the global emissions? What impact do you think it will have on the Australian landscape and environment? What impact do you think it will have on Australian people?

Lady, just what exactly do you expect us to do? We're already trending down according to this graph and we might as well all take a collective piss in the ocean to see if we can raise sea levels for all the difference, all our efforts will make against China, or the other top 5

Oh it's definitely optional, your just not interested in real science as it screws with your puppeteers narrative!
