I encountered one like that, I told him our computer couldn't take the sales tax off unless he filled out the tax-exempt paperwork and our office entered it into the system. He refused to fill out the paperwork. "I KNOW YOU COULD DO IT!" (calling me a liar because I'm White) So I said, "If you can tell me what to type into this computer to take the tax off, I'll be happy to type it." "Well I don't know how y'all system work" "I already told you how it works, but you wouldn't fill out the paperwork."

Our local rib & pizza joint doesn't take walk in orders, they have limited staff & you have to call or place your order online. The doors are open for you to walk in and pick-up only. It never occurred to me that they were "racist." FFS, this is not racism. 🙄😅
