They rip you off in this club, they sell wrist bands on the door for 2000 baht and tell you that it covers your drinks, it’s only once you get inside that you find out the wrist bands are only valid until midnight

I had a very happy couple of years in Phuket 20 years ago. But it got to the point where you would go out in the evening and some idiot drunken farang would try and pick a fight with you. So I left. I've never regretted it.
